A problem with selling a house is you get a lot of "tire kickers" good luck and if it was in a area we wanted to live I would def consider it

Feedback is in and i guess the house showed great. The potentials were looking for a little more room inside and in the back yard. Stuff that we can't do anything about. everything else was good. I guess that's better than wanting the garage dry wall skimmed.

My GF has been looking I showed it to her, but I think she was saying the same thing. Just a little more room in the backyard. She is hopeful, that she can tolerate me, and is basing her choices as so. So she wants more room for my 3 dogs to run and be stupid.

I like what I seen in the pics though. Neither one of us having kids makes a small place nice, I think.

Just lowered the price a bit today and then will do it again come Sunday to see if we can attract any buyers. Haven't had anything pop up as of late. Not even any more "tire kickers"
