flounder
Typically one of the most boring jobs. Ive done a lot of assessments at various DC during those hours and typically the onsite person is usually surfing the web, watching movies, or sleeping at their desk. Tonik
Typically one of the most boring jobs. Ive done a lot of assessments at various DC during those hours and typically the onsite person is usually surfing the web, watching movies, or sleeping at their desk.Back when I played WoW our guild leader had a gig like this. He raided all night long every night. Once in awhile we had to stop while he called someone and told them to fix something.
kreator
This very job is where I got my start in IT. As with any job, it's all what you make of it. In my 8 years at The Limited I learned a lot about mainframe applications, Windows, Solaris and Linux. It was pretty slow sometimes, but Sunday's we were running around like dogs. Still have a lot of buddies that work there. If you are interested in IT and are looking for more of an entry level job where you can learn this would be a great opportunity. Josh1234
LOL You guys are talking about bad hours, and I'm browsing this forum while sitting at a McDonald's 2 hours from home, at 2:30 Am.Actually, I could've left by now, but I'm into my upper-tier of overtime so I might as well stay while the manager puts in the past 2 weeks worth of totals, now that I fixed their computer
