Customer service experience was AWESOME! John was very easy to communicate with and was not in a rush at all. I hate being rushed when I'm spending my money and they do not do that. They will spend as much time with you as you want I found out. We were ordering and talking for near 40 minutes on the phone sorting all the purchases out. He went above and beyond helping me make choices and please my wallet. He saved me $100's and was happy to accommodate my money saving. If you kill him and keep his body, you still have a logistical nightmare because his burial site will ALWAYS be a target. Documenting his death and disposing of the body was the best way to handle this, IMHO.
