  1. I'll gladly take the ladder off your hands. I have a perfect spot in the garage where I can hang it, so I won't need any of the extra's that you have for it, but I do want to make it clear, I'm not going to pay you anything for it.

  2. I'm sorry, call me an asshole if you want but people who are intent on committing suicide by way of a gun should all be gathered up and thrown onto an island where people could pay good money to hunt them

  4. I'll throw in 1.87$ so that ladder goes to a good home and you can recoup some dollhairs and same face from those about to pound on your soulless carcass. Please note the pounderz will start their devastating attack on door #2.

  5. i have a ladder I can't take care of anymore, and it needs a better home... but unless you're willing to give me a few bucks to PROVE you can give it a better home, then I can't, in good conscience, let you borrow this purebread ladder. I'm sorry.

  8. Orville Smith, a store manager for Best Buy in Augusta, GA., told police he observed a male customer, later identified as Tyrone Jackson of Augusta, on serveillance cameras putting a laptop computer under his jacket. When confronted the man became irate, knocked down and employee, drew a knife and ran for door. Outside on the sidewalk were four U.S. Marines collecting toys for the Toys for Tots program. Smith said the Marines stopped the man, but he stabbed one of the Marines, Cpl. Phillip Duggan, in the back; the injury did not appear to be severe. After police and an ambulance arrived at the scene Cpl. Duggan was transported for treatment. "The subject was also transported to the local hospital with two broken arms, a broken ankle, a broken leg, several missing teeth, possible broken ribs, mulitple contusions, assorted lacerations, a broken nose and a broken jaw.....injuries he sustained when he slipped and fell off the curb after stabbing the Marine." according to the police report.

  11. Looking for a good home for my Starbucks. The cafeteria was about to close and they were goign to pour the rest down the sink so I rescued it. But now I don' thave the time to drink the starbucks in the way it deserved. It's sitting on my desk here all in its waxed carboard cage, yearning to romp around a nice big stomach. I'm not in it for the money, but I did invest $1.95 in this, so I'm looking to get at least a buck back. PLease don't make fun of me, I love this coffee, I just can't surf and drink at the same time...

  13. I'm so sorry to hear what you are going through. I just put my dog down on Monday. He collapsed on Saturday and went completely downhill where I didn't think he would make it until I scheduled his appointment to be put down on Monday. He was fine, but just a little under the weather the prior two weeks on and off. Turns out he had a rare auto-immune deficiency disorder called Evan's Syndrome. I have always had pets in my life and they are my family. Cosmo was my kid for sure. I was awake with him almost every moment from Sat-Mon (took a few cat naps) and it just was horrible. I almost feel guilty about not being as sad as I should, but I saw how much pain he was in. I think part of it is shock at how it came out of the blue too. I will recommend this... I found a vet nearby online and they were the cheapest. It is Vet Clinic East. Not only were they the cheapest, they were the BEST. Cosmo had to be carried in on a gurney (Golden Retriever). They went and prepped him while my family and I waited in a room that had a couch and a comfy chair. They also let us (my parents came down to be with me) bring my other two dogs along. Through experience, we've found that it is easier on the other dogs if they are there and can see what is happening instead of their buddy just walking out the door and never coming back. Anyway, we thought they were just putting us in there until we were called into the regular room. Nope. They brought him right into the room with us. It was so comfortable and peaceful. I laid on the floor and held him. All they had to do was give him a shot when I was ready and said to. Yes, it was difficult. However, he went so fast that I was shocked. I couldn't believe how fast it worked. It hurt, but at the same time, I knew he wasn't hurting anymore. The staff stayed with us to make sure we were ok and then gave us time alone with him afterward. They were even kind enough to ask us if we wanted some water and brought us a few bottles. My parents will have to put their dog to sleep soon and they said they plan on driving down from Cleveland just so they can go to this vet clinic. My dad even wants to send a thank you card. Ok, time to shed a few tears. If you need anyone to talk to, PM anytime. p.s. You should go. She gave you a lifetime of love. The least you can do is comfort her at the end of hers. She won't be as scared knowing you are right there by her side.

  19. Really? I (and many others) posted nothing slamming you whatsoever. Some did, many didn't. I will admit that I thought about it, but decided to take the high road and try to provide some positive/constructive ideas for you. As far as people on here not being able to afford the dog? Unlike you, they actually DO own a home, they don't just live in one that their mommy and daddy bought for them. Some of them may have more than one home, paid in full, and actually have enough bank that they don't need to work another day in their life. You know what? Most adults don't feel the need to brag about what they have, be it cars, bikes, homes, whatever. Look up JCroz (JCrotch) on here, he did the exact same thing, bragged about things he didn't have, was asked about it, and eventually admitted the truth. No one here would have thought any less of you had you stated the truth from the beginning: "Hey my folks are cool and got me place to stay while I'm going to school". That's great that they did that for you, and we're happy for you. I personally wouldn't have cared if you lived in an apartment. You/we/all of us (should) like people for who they are, not for what they do or do not have. Something I learned a long time ago: It's easier to remember your story if you start with the truth. I know that you think everyone's picking on you, but really, it's of your own doing. You're young, all of us were. You'll grow older and wiser, and someday (hopefully) you'll look back on this and see it as a learning experience. Try this: Send your father to this site, have him read your threads and the replies to them, and see what he thinks. Assuming he's any sort of parent, I'd be prepared to go grab a switch (that's a stick, I realize you're younger than me) from the backyard, bend over, and endure the beating he's gonna lay on your behind.
