My opinion.... gun laws don't matter... because criminals don't obey the law. Heroine, Cocain, and many other drugs are illegal, people still obtain and use them. Rest assured if a criminal wants to kill a bunch of people with a gun, or rob a bank with a gun, they will obtain a gun. You just better hope you have a gun to protect yourself when someone kicks in your door trying to kill you. and you better hope your clip holds as many bullets as the criminals. 2nd amendment is clear in that Americans have the right to bear arms, period. Their are no stipulations of magazine size, etc. those are my opinions ;-)

**FREE for someone that needs it** When i bough my bike 5yrs ago the guy gave me this jacket with it. It was used when i got it and i wore it for the first year or so its been hanging in the closet since. Its not in perfect conditon but is definatley still wearable. One of the zippers on the arm is missing the little tang but still functional. Maybe a stain here and there. It is a large. I would like for it to go to someone that has nothing better to wear or is strapped for cash at the moment. If your local you can come get it or this Saturday i will be at the Meet-n-Greet in Dayton. If that doesnt work, throw me a couple dollars and i will ship it USPS.

So a lot of you know about my bike issue and the headache it was giving me, well today I picked it up and I give a big thanks to Brandon for that but my biggest thanks goes to Paul. Yeah it was a 2 1/2hr drive but after he got his hands on it the bike feels better than the day I rode it off the showroom floor so much more responsive on throttle, so Paul thank you for taking care of my baby and I don't care what others say here your okay in my book.

Go to any CPD station and file a report. You have some of his information. At that point if your insurnace has to pay for it they can turn around and sue his insurnace company to recover the cost including your deductible. My wife and I went through this in '03. We were hit from behind in here new F-150. Police didn't take a report due to the weather (ice) and said to go to the police station to file the report. Truck was fixed by our insurance and we received a check refunding our deductible about 6 months later.
