I never understood why calling people pussy or vagina (or using mangina) is the equivalent to whiney, weak, sensitive and whatnot. Balls are much more sensitive than v-jays. If you're trying to call someone sensitive or whatever, you should call them a "set of balls" or something like that. Just sayin. all depends on who makes the call and the scene upon arrival. cops show up and nothing looks suspicious and there is no sign of a situation then there is no longer PC. Officers double check that they have the right address and knock on the door. if they are refused entry then that's that, unless there is a sign of a crime being or about to be committed. Domestic violence is one of the toughest situations for law enforcement. A lot of time is put forth in the training for these situations. The biggest issue is that emotions can get in the way of judgement. I've been through a good deal of this training and scenarios being played out. If the person is denying your entry, that is not grounds for PC. Just as if denying search of your vehicle is not itself PC for a search. Obviously we do not know all of this situation and what actions may have led up to this.

According to the law he probably didn't do anything that broke the law. According to common sense, it probably could have been handled in a much better way by both sides.

Yup you and others called it, now we know. This could've been handled in 2 ways, he chose the 1 that is gonna get him allot of money and stood up for his rights, respect from the gun community, hopefully police will learn from this, and the police department in hot water. I still hate open carry, but the law is the law. So will police ever learn, or will they continue to be ignorant?

Well I broke my carry cherry. After waiting over two months to get my ccw I was finally able to carry my glock 17 in my handmade holster last night. I will say I am quite happy with my holster it was super comfy and it just felt right to have a gun at my side.
