I'd be interested in helping out where I can. My job involves legally setting up businesses into NFP (non-for profit's), LLCs, and Corporations. If you need any assistance, let me know. I'd be happy to help with 501c filings and the state filings as well.4 points

Only way the US will ever be fixed is another revolutionary war. Sorry but it's true. It's no where near what it used to be and what it needs to be to be America again. The 2 party system doesn't work, and its impossible to get a third party in office because there simply aren't voters for it.3 points

I am HUGELY in favor of Congressional term limits. The limit should be 2 terms for any seat, or a total of 4 terms if someone holds more than 1 office. This would remove career politicians that amass huge fortunes without accomplishing much to benefit the American people. IIRC, this was suggested by Warren Buffet. http://www.rollcall.com/50richest/the-50-richest-members-of-congress-112th.html3 points

That was sarcasm and no, this isn't the fault of the American people by default. This is the fault of a corrupt Federal government that - with a few exceptions - do not listen to the will of the People.3 points

I wish we could all sit down for pizza bagel bites, instead of all this "us vs them" nonsense. You know who doesn't love pizza bagel bites? Communists and paleo people. And let's be honest... They're not really people.2 points

http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2013/10/shut_down_the_government.html Shut Down the Government Anthony Lentini Shut it down. Shut the government down. Send all the "non-essential" bureaucrats packing. Cut them from the payroll immediately. Then, start lopping the "essential" ones. Do away with all those worthless government programs we keep hearing about, such as the National Park Service's video production praising Islam's contributions to women's rights (like honor killings and genital mutilation). Shut down all government propaganda aimed at increasing Americans' tolerance for the least tolerant of religions. Lay off all the IRS personnel who betrayed the American people and perverted their charge by intimidating, investigating, auditing and bullying citizens exercising their Constitutionally guaranteed rights. Shut down the criminally compromised IRS. Shut down the EPA, along with all the other federal agencies that have formed their own paramilitary enforcement tactical units. Shut down the NSA that has been spying on ordinary Americans and lying about it. Shut down all appropriations for domestic use of drones. Shut down the State Department that has been so thoroughly incompetent in providing embassy security. Shut down any funding or weapons support for the Syrian rebels led by al Qaeda operatives. Shut down all foreign aid. Shut down the taxpayer-subsidized barbershops and cafeterias on Capitol Hill. Shut down free parking garages for federal employees and reserved free parking for Members of Congress at Washington-area airports. Shut down all the special perks our senators and representatives enjoy, including immunity to traffic and parking violations and their own ObamaCare-exempt premium healthcare benefits. Shut down all the agencies that are dumping more and more coercive, strangling, costly regulations on businesses large and small. Shut down all the inexplicable, incomprehensible taxes levied on telephone and utility bills. Go through the entire government, line item by line item, shutting down anything that is not working, has outlived its usefulness, is cost-ineffective, or makes no sense. Don't have a budget (like the U.S. Senate)? Make one. It's required by law. Shut down the White House Communications Office so we don't have to listen to Jay Carney lie every day. And while all this is shutting down, shut down ObamaCare. It won't work, is too expensive and intrusive, and we don't want it. Shut down all the rampant spending that has led us to the brinksmanship we're getting so tired of with each continuing resolution to fund a government that is bloated, out of control and ruled over by self-interested, feather-bedding establishment politicians from both parties. Spending will be curtailed. From real-world experience, we'd realize how many government workers and programs are thoroughly worthless drains on our wallets and threats to our individual liberty. Shut it all down. The sun will still rise in the morning and maybe, just maybe, there will be an outbreak of sanity in the United States of America. The Federal Gov't was never intended to be so large or so powerful. It has gown out of control. The people were supposed to have the power and the control...and today we certainly do not. They only listen during election season, and that is purely self serving.2 points

No this is the American peoples fault. We pick them, we elect them, and we tell them to do this shit. The problem is not just at the top. The problem is so many people are so set in "My way is the only right way" that no one listens or cares about what others are dealing with or needs. The system is broke. Everyone wants the extreme, and no one wants to compromise.2 points

Driver did nothing wrong. He was just driving down the highway when bikers started surrounding him. One of them had the idiotic idea to brake-check the guy and he got hit. The biker pulled over 4ft in front of him and slowed down hard using the engine as a brake...there's no fault of the driver on that one. When they started cornering me I'd be calling the cops. If they started coming after my car with my family inside? I'd run over every last one of them if I had to if that's the way to get away. I wouldn't have slowed down, and I definitely wouldn't have been pushed off the highway. He was forced off because they surrounded him and blocked off the highway. I'd run straight through them if it meant keeping my family safe. Any of the riders in that group that condoned that type of behavior are idiots and don't deserve a license. It's too bad more of them weren't hit a few times.2 points

Get ready for the next discussion on banning sportbikes......... To bad most of these goons were black. If it was a white motorcycle gang and a black driver, all hell would break loose. Where is al sharpton and Jesse Jackson jr calling for an end to all violence ??2 points

Figured I should post something in here before I make too many more posts elsewhere around here (like the picture game thread)... Purchased my first Motorcycle this past June - though I've had my endorsement since 2007 and "borrowed" a bike from friends occasionally. The trigger pulling moment on the purchase was when I finally had both the $$ and garage space for one. I wound up with a Moto Guzzi V7 Stone, and have had about 1100 miles of enjoyment since the purchase - even with 8 weeks of broken elbow and physical therapy starting shortly after getting the bike home. PS: Thanks to P.O.C. in Lakewood for being good people and a pleasant dealership experience.1 point

Hi, I'm from the Youngstown area and looking for other female riders. I've been riding street 13 years and have ridden around 70k miles. My guy does ride but works a lot. Tried the women riding group thing and found they don't ride all that much! Would like to find some new friends to ride with.1 point

Look, here it is. The ACA was passed by both houses of Congress. It was signed by a very legal President. It was challenged and held up to judicial review by SCOTUS. Romney attempted to make the Presidential election a referendum on it, and failed miserably, furthermore Republicans failed to generate enough seats to get a majority in the Senate so it could be repealed. You're all out of timeouts and the game's over. The majority of Americans want this, otherwise they wouldn't have fought so hard to get it in there in the first place and keep people in place that wouldn't overturn it. It's passed through every single check and balance this nation has as far as legislation. And for fuck's sake, it just opened for business today, with provisions not related to the exchanges going into effect when the law was signed but the real meat and potatoes starts today. I'm sorry that you feel so bootstrappy that you need to deny healthcare to others, or that you hopelessly cling to the idea that there's a sekrit muslin usurper in the White House, or that you're pissed because you don't understand what the concept of the debt ceiling is and why it's important the US doesn't default. I really am. I'm also fucking pissed off that the majority (at least from what I can see, i know there are a few my age that took this mantle) of these people are Boomers, who don't give a flying fuck what damage they do to the economy or world markets because fuck it, they got theirs and are already retired, why do they give a shit about the rest of us who are trying to build a 401k that's constantly under assault from market uncertainty? In short, sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up, the rest of us grownups who have the mental capacity to engage in open dialogue and work through our differences without engaging in massive hyperbole, disinformation campaigns, or temper tantrums on the House/Senate floor have work to do.1 point

I wouldn't cry myself to sleep over that, honestly... Especially if they made it more like 6 bikes. I can't stand when large groups of bikes disrupt traffic by following too closely and essentially creating one monstrous vehicle. If you're riding with 5 friends, split into 2 groups of 3, and let the law require that you leave at least 5 car lengths between each group. Make the rules clear, and have a rational reason for their implementation, and what's the problem? Are you going to argue freedom of association or freedom to peaceably assemble? Because I don't think either apply on public roads. These "rally" rides and huge groups of riders do a lot more harm for our sport/hobby than they do good. That goes for public perception, and rate of accidents.1 point

I considered hitting the strip to practice launches, but all the waiting around kills it. I can go to a trackday and do 4 or 5 practice launches and a bunch of laps in a 20 minute session. Might not get the time slips to show improvement, but you can feel it. I'm guessing you have never been to Deals Gap with Doc...1 point

Why does the weather forcast always look at it glass half empty...The percentage is always rain. Maybe instead of a 30% chance of rain as a negative the weather services should broadcast as a 70% chance it will be dry. That would be much more optimistic.1 point
