  1. "Columbus, it's alright" the slogan for the city as far as I'm concerned. I'd rather be living here than Cinci, Cleveland or Dayton. If you want to see the worst of the worst drivers head to Atlanta, and may god have mercy on your soul.

  2. If you don't shop RD first you are paying too much. It's that simple. Awesome customer service, price and selection. What else could we ask for? Biggie

  3. People posting CTD, are doing it as a joke. Eric was tuning for them, and may still be, for whatever status the company is in. Eric is a good tuner with a bad company, IMO. The software needed to custom tune the AP will cost a company $10K. Doing an open source tune yielded better results with my bolt on car. Mine came with an AP also. I sold it and that covered the cost of the open source tune. AP provides a good flash tune. But, OS tuning can give you better detail, without the shop having to fork out 10G's. What are your plans with the car? If you are going to stay bolt ons with some fuel, look into getting a boost control solenoid. They are $120 and can allow you to run 3 on the fly maps off the iDrive. I have mine set for Eco, stock, and have fun.

  4. I stopped in for a DR650 part today and was delighted to see the Honda bikes added near the emerging Ducati area. Still plenty of accessories, just arranged differently. I think it's fantastic. My wallet, however, is even more afraid...

  10. I'm a hater, but I hate everything. Columbus is especially deserving of that hate.

  11. I disagree. It's the country folk in the big city that screw it up. Golly Jim-bob, traffic was fine during rush hour. I just stayed in the left lane and there wasn't a soul in front of me". Quarter-Horse Congress is my favorite time though....all the idiots come to the big city with the trailers. If you don't have a place to be during rush hour, stay out of my city. Please.

  12. Unfortunately, we have ridden in the rain everyday so far. Riding in the rain down here is better than riding in OH.

  14. i was driving with my family somewhere, and a group of cars came onto the freeway. one particular car crossed 3-4 lanes of traffic in a hurry into the express lane, but apparently never sped up past 45. everyone is easily going 65-70. i'm the lucky winner who comes up on him in the express lane, and naturally, brake hard to avoid crushing his golf or whatever the fuck it was with my daddy mobile (touareg, VW suv). Traffic surges around us, and i can't move over to get around him. dipshit starts braking, down to 25 fucking mph. i eventually get around him, and as i pass him, he has just the most bitter, acidic angry at the world look on his face. i smiled and gave him a thumbs up. you can't get mad at people whose lives suck so hard, they feel the need to be complete shits to everyone else.

  15. I have heard people claim knowledge of some accident in which the "a helmet would have killed him" or "a seatbelt would have killed him". I categorize "I had to lay it down" together with those. It is something that they think is cool to say, but makes experienced and intelligent folks think; "dumbass". Never say never - however real cases are so rare that nobody should actually plan on doing it.
