Well not really getting anywhere on the scale but have had some NSV (non scale victories). Got to the point where I feel confident buying new gear in preperation for the upcoming riding season. Me and he Mrs. made a trip to IronPony last weekend to try stuff on because we had no clue what our new sizes would be. To my suprise I was 2 sizes smaller in both my jacket and pants. Went from a 2xl jacket to a Large and went form a 3Xl pant to a XL. And my wife went from a 3xl jacket to a MEDIUM that's a 4(FOUR!) size drop. So I ordered myself a new jacket and pants from Riderdiscount because they Rock! And found my wife a jacket on ebay that was exactly like her old one for less than price that was still brand new with tags. So here are the pics. First couple are the wifes new jacket I found for $70 on ebay and a side by side at about a year part comparing her old jacket that was a 3XL and the enew one that's a medium and her being 115lbs lighter. And pics of my new gear and me in my new Large jacket.

Look at the political affiliation of the counties still operating echeck, it makes the answer to your question easy. The only county that makes no sense is Medina, which is mostly conservative farm type people. If echeck would have made a difference than great, money well spent, but every study and report shows that it has made no difference and is why so many counties have already ditched the program. This is what happens when career politicians make decisions on stuff they couldn't even understand if it was tattooed to the back of their hand. Our entire; local, state, and federal government is filled with over educated political science or English majors that couldn't check their own oil in a car... it's too complicated for them, yet they make decisions affecting our livelihood. Scary stuff when you really think about it!

You'd think so but you don't "swim" as much as you think when diving...more floating underwater. However, we are in the water enought to impact body temp so your metabolism does kick up a bit to maintain normal body temp.

I bet diving burns a lot of calories hence why you were able to maintain. My vacation included buffets and laying by the pool and beach.

ABSOLUTELY!!!!! Me and the Mrs. have always had a pretty healthy sex life. But this last 6 or 8 months have been absolutely incredible!!!! We are like teenagers again and can't get enough of each other.

Thanks Jerry we both have about 20 lbs to go to meet our initial goals but we are getting there. Total weight lost between the two of us is 180lbs. (115 her &65 me)

They have too much invested in all the testing facilities and mobile testing vehicles . Shutting it all down would admit it didn't work to begin with. I guess the typical political thing to do is keep throwing tax dollars at it under the guise that it helps the environment.

Pulled both bikes out today and checked everything over and went for a short ride up the road, everyrthing is ready for Sunday. Checking helmet for spiders now.

CL is getting to be a back alley hole where anything goes. For example, "clean title" apparently means there's no kitchen table stains on it. I've got to ride along and check out a few in the last two years, and people don't know or care if it's a salvage title or a bill of sale, or even if the vin matches the machine they're selling. Question them about any discrepancies and it can get shitty in a hurry.

Last nights work out kicked my ass, almost threw up. Pushed myself on the treadmill harder than I ever have. Probably what I need to do a few days a week now.
