I think it boils down to the "mini racing is the end all teaching tool and if you don't do it you suck" attitude of the mini crowd.

I'm beginning to think Tim's old girlfriend found comfort in the arms of a mini bike racer.

I already found the limit on the grom at slower and faster speed, could control loosing the front or rear and keeping it up with my knee. It's fun, but big bikes are more challenging for me.

You can make a start stop line for his gps timer to trigger.

Jim, don't label yourself a dumbass. Shit happens. I would follow you on any road. ABS or not. One slip hardly touched your credibility as an excellent moto pilot in my opinion. You are still the man. Regarding ABS... I haven't had to use mine, but I have also only put 2k miles on my bike in 14 months. Given the choice, I will always opt for computer braking versus human braking.

all the new electronics seem pretty worthwhile. also, don't trail brake using the rear brake. :p
