I'm sure most of you have seen an f-body with Torque Thrusts on it before, but for me it's just a continuation of my love affair with my Camaro. It's been almost 10 years since I got the car, and we've done so much since then. Learned so many lessons, blowing up the original engine, building a new one, running 10s in the quarter, and much more. At this point I don't have any goals for the car and this is where a lot of people would sell it. Well I'm attached to this car so I have no plans of ever selling it. We men do not have the sensitivities of women. How we perceive comments and talk from other men is not how it is perceived by women, especially younger ones and ones that have just stepped in through the OhioRiders' door for their very first time. I wouldn't mind having more ladies on the forum. We only get one chance to make a first impression. Let's make a good one. Making them feel truly welcome is the key to having them spread the word among their female friends that OhioRiders is a good place to spend some time. Just as easily, they can say this is a good forum to stay away from. I prefer they come back and bring friends. These women are mothers, sisters, grandmothers, girlfriends, and wives. If we want them to come back, it would not be a bad idea to give the impression that we possess qualities somewhat reflective of gentlemen. .

Not uptight at all. Just asking for a bit of decorum on the forum. There is a time and place for everything and I do not believe that "INTRO" threads are the appropriate place for general sophomoric comments. Is it too much to ask to keep it civil, friendly and respectful at hello? There are plenty of places on the forum to show your true colors and mix it up with the ladies if they so choose to join in. Maybe, just maybe - a few more women might feel comfortable to join and stick around if they are not virtually hit on from the beginning.

As the person who took that video, we didn't just stand around and do nothing. Literally as soon as I put down that helmet we got down in there and talked to her. At least I took that post as saying we did nothing. And yeah, please nobody go down on the EPIC ride. Here's to hoping for awesome weather and such things!

It must be unloaded. Meaning no ammo in the gun, magazine, or speedloaders. There is no such thing as open carry on a motorcycle, it is classified as concealed even if in view per ORC.

Sorry, I don't get it? Maybe I'm just old but, If I pull it in, I can get it out. Mine's in the garage up against a wall, and baracaded with junk so the kids don't knock shit into it. I can back it out with 3-4 up-n-backs. You can't spin a bike between bikes. It does look cool, but I don't think it's practical, imo.
