  1. Hey All, New to the board but certainly not new to the columbus car scene. Grew up in NA, now living in Polaris. Current modes of transportation consist of my daily driver and weekend warrior (aka soon-to-be dedicated track car). My Daily Driver is an 07 Audi RS4 in Ibis White - one of only 20 like it, so its nice to not have to worry about bumping into another one around town. This is my sleeper and will continue to remain as stock-looking as possible... for awhile, but it does have a GIAC flash and H-pipe mid section on the exhaust. My 05 Lotus Elise in Krypton Green - naturally aspirated 190hp of pure elation... for now. Only mods are track mirrors, rotors, pads, brake lines and then dedicated track wheels and rubber. This winter, she'll be going under the knife for full Katana265 supercharger build and too many goodies to mention as I prep the car for total track domination.

  2. Greetings all ! Just found the forum. Recently upgraded to a 2014 Gold Wing 1800/A. Having a load of fun not spending time turning wrenches. Spending much more time riding. Always looking for a new run. Harp

  3. Passing it on in case anyone is interested. Comes with a remote too. It's a great alternative to spending your $20 on a flu shot

  5. Nope stating a fact. Race filters are labeled as race filters for a reason. That reason isnt to make bike night guys feel faster. It's because they filter less and are not meant for the street.

  6. yeah I know the seats weren't offered in the states but missed the opportunity to swap them + some cash for Euro seats, which has been bothering me everyday since. I was on the fence and then someone else beat me to the punch, now I can't find any for a reasonable price. Car now has 62k miles, scheduled for its first carbon cleaning next week actually, so I'll be without my baby for a few days while it undergoes some major intake manifold decarboning. Interested to see how much gunk they clean out of her and more importantly, the results. Just had the chance to dyno the car this weekend on a dynojet that was reading somewhat low (according to the tuners), but she pulled 301hp/277tq and I'm interested to see what those numbers will be on the same dyno in about 2 weeks.

  8. Your opinion has outgrown your grasp of facts. If it wasn't for the NRA...you'd have a 30+ day waiting period to buy heavily taxed, single-shot only, firearms...after you paid for your own background check and registered them with local and national authorities. That is if you were able to purchase them at all. Politicing and lobbying in Washington is a dirty game. The NRA is your only friend when it comes to playing that dirty game for gun rights.

  9. Should be relatively easy since there are just 9 completely flat surfaces that make up the CTSV.

  10. I loathe the interstate and beltways, only ride them when necessary or on a trip. Commuting to work on a motorcycle and having to EVER ride on the interstate in heavy traffic full of distracted assholes, I would probably rather gouge my eyes out. Glad you are OK, and I hope the truck driver gets some butt love in jail.

  12. I'm with chrome and Cdub. I do believe there is a law, and you'll see the signs posted on many of the major freeways that states, "slower traffic keep right". It is not your job to regulate the speed of the fast lane. If traffic behind you is approaching at a higher rate of speed than you are going, simply merge to the clear lane to the right as soon as it is safe and surrender the passing lane to the higher-speed traffic. It's a very simple concept of fewer and fewer people seem to understand these days. That said, he was totally in the wrong for cutting into you and the blame for the accident rest completely on him, but riding in the fast lane at the speed limit when there is a clear lane to the right is a total dick move.
