  2. Up the stakes. Everyone has to report back to a house with 1 shitter. Then it becomes a Royal Rumble. Every man for himself, winner gets the john. I seriously think I'm soy sauce intolerant. That place keeps me regular but I can't stop eating it bc its fn delicious. On topic, Howard I'm in for some hold'em whenever. Get at me if you host a game.
  3. 996/997tt or used GTR. Toss some money Switzers way and have one pimp ass fast ride. Luxury + fast is way cooler than early 80s styling deathtraps. Arent you sick of riding around in tin can swaps yet?

    Valentines Day

My wife bought me a new set of Burner Irons. If I get some ass too I'd say this is a pretty awesome day. Thanks Hallmark!
  5. I have a set of 320 Irons with Graphite shaft with a R5 staff bag. I'd like 110 for them together, open to offers. The Irons are valued at 58 dollars per PGA.coms trade in program. The bag was around 250 brand new. I was going to reshaft the clubs but it seems for a little more money I could just buy a new set. http://www.columbusdsm.com/blunt/R5bag.jpg http://www.direct-golf.co.uk/golf_irons/taylormade/320_irons_golf_irons/p1981 09 Burner driver purchased at the end of last season. I've probably hit it less than 6-7 rounds. Sells for 129-150 new, i'd like 80 for it. Shaft is S flex. Club cover looks brand new. http://www.amazon.com/TaylorMade-Burner-Graphite-Regular-Degrees/dp/B003J261E0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1297707622&sr=8-1
  6. Stereo Limited in Canal. Ask for Jay. I think i saw a huge spool in there the last time.
  7. http://montrealracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=881&pictureid=4407 Can someone photochop this to a white car? White is right!
  8. That's the cats pajamas. They look great on the car.
  9. Yeah I know. I enjoy driving a manual as much as the next guy but it's not a deal breaker for me. Once the thing is tuned I think it be be just fine. The price premium for the GXP is just crazy and they have a gas guzzler tax to boot. There are some pretty nice cars in the 32-35k price range. A GXP wouldn't be even my 3rd choice up there.
  10. LOL. The cheapest i've found is 32k. Most of them are in the upper 30's still. 40 hp and the body mods arent worth 7-9k to me.
  11. Life after the Evo is going to be slower. The fun to drive factor of my next car will probably not live up to it either. Speed and fun-to-drive are important to the youthful side of me. Comfort, interior space, and fit-and-finish are important to the aging side of me. In my budget listed above is there anything out there that can beat the G8 GT in all of these categories? I'm actively researching but does anyone know of major issues with them that I should consider? Things I like about the G8 -performance of the L76 is badass and has a ton of potential. L76 + supercharger = win -mpg's only 1-2 mpg worse than most luxury v6 cars. Reports on many forums are saying 26-27 highway with the help of the d-o-d. A 4-banger accord shows 30, the A4's are 27, 335xi at 26, c300 at 26, g35x at 25, TL at 26. I drive a lot of highway miles to and from work. -100k warranty on the power train is really nice. At 22k i should be able to find one with some bumper to bumper warranty left. To get the above vehicles at this price most of the that I'm finding are 35-50k in miles. This limits their warranty coverage and makes them a 2007-2008 model instead of the 2k9 G8. -the interior size is impressive. 3 adults can fit comfortably in the back. The interior quality was surprising. The seats were comfortable, the sound system was great and the cabin was quiet. -insurance is significantly cheaper than most everything I listed above(and my Evo so my insurance will be dropping) with the exception of the Accord. My insurance agent gave me quotes on them all and the G8 GT was 35 dollars more per year to insure than a 2k9 Civic! The others were about 200 more per year to insure and all were more expensive than my 04 Evo. -option to use cheap gas and still blow the doors off of all those listed above -post warranty maintenance should be significantly cheaper than anything german -timing chain that shouldnt need looked at until 200k I'm obviously making some trade offs. I'm trading fit-and-finish for fun-to-drive. The G8 has a surprisingly nice interior and while it may not rival the g35x or bimmer in plushness it is much nicer than my Evo and is acceptable to me. The ride quality is great, the torque is badass, it is loaded with options like remote start, bluetooth, and heated seats that some of the others don't have. I dont know much about the reliability, and cant find too many problems from research, bc it is still a pretty new car and that makes me nervous. The rwd makes me a little nervous with the wife behind the wheel. Buying a limited production vehicle of a brand that has been killed off makes me nervous about resale. So what do you think? Can you find me a car to rival the G8 GT in those categories? Please correct if I was wrong above. I'd like to get something in the next few days and just want to make an informed decision.
  12. Lock it up. Congratulations Derek. It was nice meeting you and I hope it's as good to you as it was to me. I'm sad to see it go.
  13. John this is the same camera I bought Tina to carry. Its smaller than my blackberry phone and im honestly shocked at the quality the camera shoots with. I highly recommend. SD780is is another great camera. They are pretty much the same. I can put this in my pocket and forget its in there.
  14. I priced it to sell quick. There isnt an Evo within 200 miles for close to this, let alone with an ems making the kind of power it does.
  15. 04 WW Evo, 87k miles. Mod list. AEM EMS AEM Eugo AEM boost control solenoid HKS UICP HKS SSQ HKS Intake HKS 272's HKS autotimer ACT Clutch Walbro 255 AMS 1200's JDM rear SE Front Works CW shift knob MR BBS rims MR rear diffuser hawk pads Prosport smoked boost guage (defi knockoff) Evo Dave blacked out head lights clear corners mickey mouse steering wheel guage pod Im looking to get 12,900 for it. The car had the timing belt done by the Works Columbus branch at 65K miles, all the fluids have been replaced, and I just put new tires on it. The rear brakes need done which Id be happy to do before the car is sold. I'll sell it for 12500 if you want to do the brakes yourself. I just had a 3rd little girl and Im looking for something a little bigger as a result. The car made 403/408 on IPS's dyno on E85 this summer. It is in great running condition, no problems at all and everything works, THE CAR FLIES. The only blimish to the car is there are a few dents from hail on the hood (3 dents) and I have yet to have the decklid welded and painted after I took the factory spoiler off and put the rexspeed cf spoiler on. I went to car max today and they offered me 9500. Im not willing to take that little for it. Let me know. Thanks! http://www.columbusdsm.com/blunt/Evo/Evo1.jpg http://www.columbusdsm.com/blunt/Evo/Evo2.jpg http://www.columbusdsm.com/blunt/Evo/Evo3.jpg http://www.columbusdsm.com/blunt/Evo/Evo4.jpg http://www.columbusdsm.com/blunt/Evo/Evo5.jpg http://www.columbusdsm.com/blunt/Evo/Evo6.jpg

  17. Forcier is being reported to no longer be on the team due to academics. I just heard this on the radio this morning. I think with even a decent defense that Rich Rod would still have a job. With the right players the read option is a very successful and hard to defend and scores come quickly. With Steve Slaton, Owen Schmitt, and Pat White they were nearly unstoppable offensively at WVU. Look at Oregons offense. Denard had 1500+ yrds rushing and 1500+ passing this season. They have good receivers and pretty good backs. If they had any level of defense they would have been a completely different team. Michigan had the worst three years of defense in the history of their program, three years in a row. The blow out in this years bowl game was just icing on the cake. Now they have a defensive minded coach, a players coach. This program is going to turn around within the next few years.

    ROKU?

I have no experience with the Roku but ran across this today on newegg. In the reviews a few people commented about how much better this is than the Roku. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16882105511&cm_sp=DailyDeal-_-82-105-511-_-Homepage

    Mallett is

I think the guy has a lot of talent but if he gets all butt hurt in college when 1-2 dudes may give him fits during a game what do you think will happen when he plays a team like the Giants and they speed rush his butt for the entire game? His numbers speak for themselves, hes talented and has what it takes. I think he has a lot to learn when it comes to making in game adjustments and when to move around in the pocket. The guy folded like a chair nearly everytime O State got pressure on him. That last interception was a perfect example.
  23. I support everyone's recommendation on more ram. Something else that is an option if you have the budget for it is to look into a solid state hard drive. You would be amazed at how zippy your computer will feel by upgrading both. The ram will help with applications and the ss hd's have blazing fast read/write speeds. Your computer will boot fully in probably 4-5 seconds, applications open nearly instantly, files open just as quick...it will feel like a completely different machine. They are pretty expensive but if your just using one as an OS drive they can be had for less than a hundred bucks for an OCZ and I cannot tell you how much faster these things are than even my old 10k rpm drive.
  24. Canon D60 with 18-200 mm lense and the nifty 50. 16gb sd card, camera bag and a 1tb external HD to house the massive pics on.
