^^ true story. they charge you as much as you will pay... tell them that they have shitty service and a more reliable company quoted you substantially less and you need a reason to stay bc you're a loyal customer.

I've been there a couple times but we always just drove there and booked the hotel at the front desk. I hate to say it but I always felt like virginia beach was like the shitty not entertaining version of myrtle beach... buuuut, that might be because I've spent ~36 weeks of my life at myrtle beach and only about 2 weeks at virginia beach, so I don't know the area as well. I do remember going on a boat tour and seeing the dolphins. That was fun. I was there with a relative who was recovering from surgery most recently though so we didn't do any drinking or anything... lol, looks like i'm not very helpful
