yes it does because fat dudes are usually nice and funny - that's how they make friends. An attractive dude that used to be fat is the way to go because they're attractive AND nice and funny. its even better if you find them before they lose weight.

A response to A&F only making clothing for "cool kids"

This is a ladies get together for my family. Every year, my cousin, sister, aunt, mom, and I get together, dress the same and do the walk/run. My sister, cousin, and I usually run and my mom and aunt walk. My aunt works for limited so we get signed up through them.

I think its really hard to put yourself out there like that, but things like this help people feel accountable for their progress. Congrats on your healthy life decisions. I hope your motivation stays in tact and you reach all your goals.

I joined a walking team at work and it is posed as a competition with others. I've been parking further away and walking to places that are only a mile or two away. I wear a pedometer all the time and record my activities. I haven't really altered what I eat. I tried to cut back on the daily candy/chocolate intake, probably shouldn't be eating a bag of sour patch kids or a candy bar daily anyway. I weighed in mid day on April 30th, and as of this morning I'm 4lbs lighter! I'd like to have 4 less lbs by the end of the month so that I can fit back into my good jeans. Probably my more important goal is to be able to hike Mt. Mitchell without feeling like crap after. I'm planning on doing that at the end of the month.

I had a dude jump out of his car one time, run back to me on my bike, and tell me that one of my headlights was out. I sat there confused and told him 'thank you' for the sake of not having to explain it at the red light we were stopped at.

Thanks!! I think it went pretty good. I had Todd there to jump in now and then. To be honest, the amount of material that you have to cover over 12 hours could really be thoroughly covered in about 6-8, but having an extra person there to tell stories and add little bits was really helpful. I enjoyed it a lot
