I was going to call Fontana tomorrow to see what cabins they had left. I know that Tim, Dan, and myself were looking to get a cabin. If you put a deposit on a cabin large enough for all of us, I'd be down. I know that Tim needs a bed. I think Dan wanted a bed too. I personally could take a couch, doesn't matter to me. LMK, if not I'll still be calling tomorrow. As much as I want to ride down, if an opportunity to trailer came I would take it so I could bring my full leathers and my normal riding gear just in case one gets soaked or something.

Alright here are the details I got: We have 3 cabin types available for your group. The first is the 2 bedroom hemlock cabin that has a queen and a set of twins and the price is $139.00. the second has either a a fireplace or a whirlpool tub with a queen and a set of twins for $179.00 per night. The third is a 3 bedroom azalea cabin that has both a fireplace and a whirlpool tub. with a queen, 2 twins, and a set of bunk beds for $229.00 per night. Please, let me know if you have any other questions. I am thinking the hemlock cabin. Anyone know how this works? They just ask for a deposit or ask for the full payment when making a reservation?

I'll look into this. I need to figure out how I want to get down there. The problem with riding is I cant carry all my gear with me. (even though I now have a tank bag and saddle bags) I'd like to bring my suit as well as my textile pants/ armored jacket just in case we get rained on, I wont have to wear soaking wet gear the next day. Would you want to be leaving ohio and getting into the Dragon on the 9th I am assuming?

I dont think the times have changed for Sunday, so these times can stay the same. I have prior obligations on Sunday, but I am still debating. I will be a game time decision. LOL Like I've said, I've put more miles on it in the past 3 months than Brian and the new owner have combined in the last year. No complaints here. I like being able to switch it up.

That VFR will be in my garage for a while John is in the process of moving and wants a place to keep it. Also to ride it a bit.

Good little article. I too also have leaned on my tank bag. It gets in the way of aggressive riding though so I didn't use it much at the end of the season last year.

LOL I was open carrying last winter (took off a jacket at a friends house and I was OWB at the time) and it took him like 2 hours to notice, then he freaked and asked me to put it in my car. I respected his wishes since it was his house but I mean come on, the shit just doesn't go off by itself. I was playing with his dogs and playing video games on his couch for hours and nothing happened. Some people just dont get it lol. /rant.
