  1. Are you running an Ecotec? I've been meaning to try and find some info on those for a project of my own.

  4. Just curious: any idea what the buyback price is, in case anyone on here might be interested in some parts?
  5. http://www.brimsimport.com/cgi-bin/search.cgi They've got one for 2 grand, the place is in Kenton Ohio which isn't too far from here, maybe an hour, not totally sure. Just go through the search crap and it will list it, then call them up and check milage.
  6. Chill Anything else not related to helping this guy find an engine gets deleted.
  7. Just remembered, the original parent company for Hummer was AM General. Dodge never owned Mitsu, they collaborate occasionally on vehicles, kind of like Toyota and Chevy back in the 80's. The '06 Mitsubishi Raider is a Dodge Dakota with a different grille and badges.
  8. You wrecked a rental car in the snow and want sympathy? There are things you could have done to prevent it, like: A. Drive slower B. Stay away from semi's C. Not driven Don't go attacking us for pointing out your mistakes. I know this isn't the first time you've had a highway spin, and the last time there was nothing for you to shift the blame to. Chalk this up to not paying attention to what you were doing, but managing to save it enough that you didn't die. And leave it at that.
  9. Wasn't 65 in an unfamilier pile of shit on unfamilier roads a bit fast in adverse conditions?
  10. Once upon a time, there was AMC (American Motor Company). This company owned Jeep and Eagle. Being the owner of Jeep, they obviously held the contract to make military Jeeps. When the military decided it was time to improve, AMC built the Humvee, and got the contract for that. Everything was fine and dandy until the late 70's/early 80's, when AMC was sinking. AMC sold off Jeep and Eagle to Chrysler, but kept the Humvee program seperate, I don't recall if AMC kept it or what, but it was never owned by Chrysler. The situation we have now is GM decided to buy out the rights to the name so they could start making the H2 and now the H3.
  11. isn't it a form of, or substitute for penicillan? Yeah, unless there's an allergic reaction, I don't see how this would be a problem. Except for a dr. getting pissed about not getting paid.
  12. When can we start filming Leave It to Weasel? Winter = boredom, we need to fill the void.
  13. I want to congradulate the thread starter for not showing, even though he was offered a ride :lame:
  14. People can't drive for shit. I was doing 60 on 270 in 2wd on my way back from Eagles pizza around 9:30 - 10:00, passing people like crazy. I'll admit though, the trip there was a bit of an adventure. I just wish people would realize that if they are going slow, they need to stay out of the left lane...
