It's provided on the courtsquare for festivals and shit. To better attract business, and people to this area. Least that was the original idea. Since this town is slowly imploding upon itself. It's a county provided service, not the city. County can't afford a fine, so they just turned it off.

Still a game system. Just with half of the glory. Anyone played the 3rd person view yet? Have to be a lvl 19. Not a big fan of that view, but it was pretty freakin amazing.
