  1. Better watch your haiting on my GSXR, you know Im squiding right now.
  2. 2012 Ford Escape XLT Oh and track bike spare parts and a new tire gauge.
  3. Yep, 10 and under good, 11 over, bad. Every trooper I know/local PD, tells me the same thing. Helps that I drink beer with them often.
  4. Been there as well and actually dealing with it right now with my dads truck too. Feel free to PM me the same PM and I will let you know what I know. I had issues with my F150, and now my dads is having some different ones. I'm no Ford Tech just a shady tree mechanic that loves Ford's so fixing them etc. is in my blood line too. Probably not like Jporter, I believe he does this for a living, but yeah, anything on the 5.4 and the 6.0 I should have some info on. Shoot me the same PM you sent him. PS my uncle was the engineer that signed off on not using the high temp anti-sieze on the spark plugs at Ford to cut costs. Not one of them, THE ONE. I see him often and still remind him about my full head job I had to have due to his decision, then he laughs. But he's a true Ford engineer, and actually emailing me about getting our Xplan set up today for our new ride, so I can email him back.
  5. Nah bro, gotta keep the white meat coming. Chicken off the grill 2 hrs ago for the week. I mean what'd you think I was talking about?
  6. So from here on out, when anyone asks what group to run at a new track etc. I will simply redirect them to Brian's post. There was thought and direction to that, not like all the rests of us adding bits and pieces to try to explain things. And yes, I squat weekly, and do a lot of Romanian dead lifts and just found the butt blaster machine at the gym, so my glute's and ham strings are getting even better. Hopefully some of the guys on the track will only be seeing that side of me as they try to pass me this year lol.
  7. I love lamp. I think we've covered this topic 100 times before too, about moving up, not moving up etc. I ride I anywhere I go, even if I haven't seen the track. I know I will be 10-20 seconds slower the first session than the end of the day. Literally, I was 20 seconds faster last Tuesday than I was on the Monday, 1 day before.
  8. If it's a novice group, the tires on the bike will be fine unless they are worn out. They must pass tech before being allowed on the track.
  9. The will bump you if the N group rides at an Int pace, or if they feel comfortable with you running the Int pace. It's the same as any other track day really, besides I think NESBA. The first 2 sessions are really parade sessions getting to know the track, then some follow the leader, and heck then it turns into sessions running better times than some Int guys for sure. If you wanna ask to be bumped once you know the track, just ask one of the instructors to follow you etc and jump up.
  10. Thanks for the call earlier man, like I said, even for people who don't believe, prayer is a powerful thing. We'll add him to our prayer list at church tomorrow for you too bud. Sounds like things are improving!
  11. Hey, Im allowed to do the big bikes! I just got back from Jennings, remember lol. Actually the Bday was good, chilling in the man garage(120x40 pole barn), and talking Ford and Dodge Trucks. But hope you all had a good time, sorry I missed it. And yes, I could use the track time. I did get the track/race bike drilled and ready and lawn mower fixed too.
  12. Good talking to you Thursday evening bro, if you need anything you got my digits. Best wishes.
  13. Sry no dice here, was informed Bday party was on. Hope you had fun!
  14. Awesome news guys! Then I'll have someone to really chase down in MS, since Craig and Cox are way faster than me lol. MyKill, you feeling alright dude? Hows the healing? Oh and you gotta get a new helmet since yours is in the trash in Jennings:) I just swapped to water wetter and am ready for the season to go. Finished safety wiring etc. Found an even better drill bit than last year, some Dewalt titanium with a Split Tip. Thing cut through the last few places like butter. Game over.
  15. That run off was scary to say the least, then next lap I saw the tire wall in T2/kink and thought you ate it. LOL
  16. If anyone's going tomorrow post up. I'm not too far and would love to see these things in action.
  17. In Craigs case, skip step 3 and leave the garage door down, just take a seat and wait it out. What not okay?
  18. Hoping to be there, unless weather sucks. Got some $ set aside for it as of now, and so long as nothing springs up for our wedding that I haven't accounted for.
  19. Bro, what KTMBrian said, really you'll be fine. Load 40% of wt in front of axle and 60% behind. Or basically center the bike on the trailer then move it back 2 inches or so. If you are adding more weight or stuff to the trailer then take that into consideration. You want SOME weight but not half or more of it up front. Honestly, your best bet will be to put anything and everything you can over the rear axle of the car, i.e. back seat or in the front of the trunk. If I was in your shoes, I would put the bike and fuel can only on the trailer, but that's just me. Everything else really should fit into your car, esp. if you have a folding rear seat, then you're money. I might recommend upgrading the trailer lights to LED's too, but that's just me. Mine aren't yet, but it's also much larger and I know the HF lights are known to not work 50%+ of the time. Personal experience on a lot of trailers.
  20. 6foot 4 bro, Mikes the Gentle Giant, except to his bike Dude I was just laughing out loud at my desk with all the comments above, no one could understand. Sorry Mike, but some of the posts are great. Just glad youre okay.
  21. SJC, good to hear you got the key out, saving ignition AND the fuel tank cap. Mykill, I just watched the slowmo, wow dude, you were pretty high up there. No wonder why your leg and shit was all jacked up. Just really glad you are okay man.
