  1. Oh and shooting bad guys, ya know, what these guns are really meant for lol. Not Zombie nonsense. However, I'm always at the mind the more the merrier.
  2. Heck if you wanna get a group buy going with Dale on something like this, talk to him and get something lined up. I have no issues buying another like 10-15 mags. Already have a lot but can never have too many. Zombies, you know.....
  3. Yep, Dales prices are the same as Vances etc. I wish I had known prior to having the fiance order 4 for me for Christmas. Actually need to stop at Dales and tell him what I need in my life right now. And what I need in my future, post wedding. Or Christmas gift to myself.
  4. Either way bump for a sick gun. Wish I didn't have all my $$ locked up right now.
  5. Yeah had one of these when I was a kid, run outside to the 4th tee. We lived on a golf course. If it's a true emergency and you gotta get out, the last thing to worry about is getting dressed to stay warm in the snow etc. Save lives, get cold, warm up and thank God you're all okay. 300ft sounds like it'd be plenty far away unless you have propane, natural gas, or explosives. I'd even consider that safe with ammo.
  6. Creepy, borderline stalkerish, but understandable. How'd it end up?
  7. Yeah, Im only in about 1000 rds so far and about another 500 sitting in my bedroom right now of the Tul. Not one issue yet, but I do take my AR apart every single time I shoot. Down to the firing pin extractor spring, apart. Keep um clean and like Parks said, they'll shoot about anything in them.
  8. This, can't shoot steel indoors anywhere that I know of. I buy the shit out of the steel casing still whenever Im going to our outdoor range in Lancaster, but if you want to ever shoot indoors must be brass. I do however have about 500 TulAmmo right now for SandG. And yes steel is very corrosive vs Brass. Also can't reload steel, not that I do, but I plan to start when we move and I finally get a full basement with a man room and then the pole barn.
  9. Oh yeah for steel casings 250 is easy, TulAmmo is 209 for 1,000, for Brass not so much. Brass at 299 is cheap, 309 is the best I've seen it anywhere and that is surplus. AE is first grade from Gander. As for bulk, yeah, I'd like to see it like 250 too, but I don't foresee any brass anywhere near 250. I would only buy Bulk Brass, steel I can get at Vances, Wally, etc for the same price.
  10. Gander has 1,000 rds of AE .223 for 299 after rebate right now. Comes in a dry box too. Most likely going to swing out today and grab a box if they have them. Ordering online is an extra 5.00 handling and possibly shipping??
  11. if its less than 309, Im in too. I can get it for 309 shipped all day, so anything less than that Im totlaly in. Willing to drive to pick it up too.
  12. Joe, don't forget I want a tune up as soon as the weather gets decent. Anytime really this spring when the AC unit comes out from under the cover. Jagr, I don't do this for a living but know a decent amount about the ins/outs of geothermal. Parents had like the 1st generation ever 15 years ago, and since then had another unit. There are plus's and minus's. Some plus's; the water used in the geo unit also helps to warm the water used in your water heater. The temperature stays pretty constant in every room BUT you can't really do diff. temps in diff. rooms except closing vents. You get a huge rebate, my parents actual system went out this year, was 12K to replace BUT got the 30% back from govt. That was 14yrs old. VERY efficient, from what they were told, it would pay for itself in like 10-15 yrs. Theirs is electric and Im not sure you can get one with gas. Cons; stated above, no room thermostats avail to my knowledge(Joe can help here). Can't change the temp up and down constantly, they told my parents doing this would basically make if totally not efficient and just to leave it at 1 temp 24/7. In the winters the water that transfers to the water heater actually causes the bath water etc. to be cooler so you have to turn up the elements on the heater/temp. Opposite in summer. I love it when I am home, if I was building I know 100% I would get Geothermal. And if we bought a house and needed to replace a unit, 100% geothermal there too.
  13. Also for note, buy QUALITY pliers. I had HF ones both broke, bought good ones from the aircraft store or whatever mentioned earlier in thread. HUGE quality difference. Wish I would have got the smaller ones however, but oh well. Also IP has them. I did get the same size wire from the aircraft store for like 1/10th the price of the bikemaster though. Came in the most generic cardboard roll ever, but same stuff and cheaper.
  14. I was bout taking that ride, but like Craig said, it goes back to the Del Sol. Thing got more mpg than hybrids, and I'd drive it everywhere. Literally. MI, NY, CLE, etc. But I'm totally cereal about this trip. Just gotta be back at a decent time or the finances, I mean fiance will pull the man card.
  15. U didnt like that, I was hoping someone would laugh about the accord comment. Especially if you knew I had a Del Sol before hahahaha
  16. Let me know if you are in fact doing this. I may be down. I have a 4 door accord that gets about 25mpg+
  17. PMing you now, I have someone interested in your bike. Had a CBR before and has been looking for 2 years since I've known him. His GFs dad actually works for Repsol in the middle east.
  18. Ok, I gotta ask because my brother in law has his UT one. Mine is in OH, how the heck do I get a UT one or PA, etc. I don't have my cert, I've renewed it once, etc. Basic english please LOL.
  19. yeah this is a good price. I shopped ALL around, as far as IL, NC, VA, KY, etc for one in decent shape for under 2k and no chance of it close enough to make it worth it. I finally found one locally for 1600, and STOLE IT. 6x12 V nose, best shape Ive ever seen. But locally, this is a great price. The cheap ones at TSC, Lowes are 3500 all day for this size, maybe more.
  20. I hate you R1Crusher, are you like stalking Craig's post on here. I had a nice post and had to delete it now.
  21. Yeah get some pics up, I need a commuter bike again I think that I can still hit the twisties with. Always wanted a CBR. Naturally I won't tell the fiance until after I get one lol.
  22. FYI bolt ones technically don't void a warranty.... Granted dealerships can be a total DB about them. If they are you can always swap back to original. 2 cases, I had my F150 strip 7 out of 8 spark plugs with Fords brilliant design, all while a CAI and exhaust was on there, and they did a full head job and the warranty covered 50%, Ricart paid 10%, and I paid 50%. 2nd case, my F250, actually in this case the truck is way more heavily modified, CAI, full exhaust, tunes, gauges, full lift kit, etc. Took it in to get looked at and had 5 of 8 injectors bad on my 6.0 Replaced the 5 at a costs of 100 out of pocket to me, and that was when it was tuned and everything. Now, that said, when I do need to take it to Ricart I try to untune it but sometimes I just forget.
  23. Same here, definitely the most visible and gets the name out there the best. With the gear it draws away from the name as the points and the size is so close to the actual wording. I would stay with the 1st set, and then change the shading and color to whatever you prefer.
  24. Brians going to be doing my friends boosted 1500 here in a few weeks too. Just finishing up the full custom exhaust currently.
