  1. Looks like this Motion Pro to me. Also looks like your missing some pieces to the puzzle. http://www.motionpro.com/motorcycle/partno/08-0058/
  2. Well I tore into it some changed the oil and took the carbs off for a cleaning. It looks like this shouldn't be to rough getting it stated. Little by little it will get going. Updated pics. http://s159.photobucket.com/albums/t132/mdnd777/82%20Kawi%20KZ750/
  3. Yes and I already started sanding it. Tank has a couple dents in it but will work good enough to get it started.
  4. I'm not stretching it! After standing there looking at it I would have to say bobber it would be fun. Single side swing arm and upgraded forks if possible. With out a doubt I'm going to change my mind on certain things along the way. First thing is getting it started and running. After looking it over I think it should with some help. It has oil in it and it's dark. I'm going to drain that and refill, plugs, battery, test the connections, clean the carbs, just get it started. After that strip it down and research what has been done and what I want to do with it. This winter and really the next couple years I expect to have it where I want. I'm in no rush. It's not a priority right now. Kids off school for summer, being out of work, and riding when I get the chance the KZ is going to wait till snow flys. Plus my 13 year old broke his arm today. So the next couple days are going to be wrapped up with doctors.
  5. Closest thing would be digital gauges. But not going to happen on this bike.
  6. 320 rear tire is not going to happen. Stretched is not going to happen. I think it going to end up black with a dark metalic silver racing stripe. But that's down the road, way down the road.
  7. I'm keeping it for sure! It's going to be a long term project for me. Gotta have something to do in the winter.
  8. Aright so I got this bike from my wife's coworkers son. It has been sitting for 3 years in a barn. This 82 Kawi KZ 750 it in need of some help bad. Should make for something to do for the next couple years. I'm in no rush and being it cost $20 for gas to get it to my house it's a heck of a bargain. Gas tank is coming of tomorrow to get rid of the vandalism. It has compression and no battery. There is many other things it will need along the way. To be expected. So here it is and let me know your thoughts on what I should do with it. http://s159.photobucket.com/albums/t...0Kawi%20KZ750/
  9. Well I got a new Road Attack tire put on this morning. Now I'm waiting for two more things to happen. 1. Get a call about picking up my free 82 KZ750. 2. The weather to clear. If all goes well I will come out. If not maybe next week.
  10. Seriously Fonzi to me the tank bag is part of the bike. The only time it comes off is when it gets washed.
  11. +1 I get almost all my gear from New Enough.
  12. I might meet you all at QSL. Or I might be picking up a free Kawi from one of my wife's coworkers. It all up in the air right now.
  13. The photographers were classy and all. Older crowd but completely into what they were doing. Might have been 40-50 camera's . I wouldn't go out of way for this type of thing. It was an experience, now you know kinda thing. I think they said it was the first time they ever shot bikes. It seemed like a hit though.
  14. There was one but he was a photographer and want to take picture of his lone cruiser.
  15. Well here's a link to the pictures. http://s159.photobucket.com/albums/t132/mdnd777/Sv%20model/
  16. 100% Legit. I'll post some pics. Later
  17. Yeah I'm gonna stop by between 6 and 7. I'm not taking pictures or anything just gonna watch.
  18. Here's the spot. http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?msa=0&msid=110510893844494620659.00000111dd38af2eb229d&ie=UTF8&ll=41.613293,-81.525421&spn=0.018674,0.031972&z=15
  19. I'll let you know. I don't know how long I'll be there but doubt it is a hoax.

  21. It's a trap set up by bike whores in bikinis?
  22. I just got this email today and might head up to check it out. Have a look at the email below. Sorry for such a last minute announcement, but Cleveland Photographic Society is having a photo shoot on Monday 7/27/09 at 7pm at Sims Park in Euclid Ohio and would like for some motorcycles to show up to participate in the photo shoot on the beach with swim suit models, weather permitting (no rain). The park is located on the shores of Lake Erie at 23131 Lake Shore Blvd, Euclid, Ohio, 44123. Once again, sorry for such last minute notice but if any of us are not busy this evening and would like to have your bikes photographed with professional swim suit models, come on out and join the fun! Who knows, if you wear your leathers you may end up in the photos with the models (and your bike) also. Nick [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
  23. I should be in if it doesn't rain. I just got notice of something going on today. I'm going to post up a new thread. http://www.ohio-riders.com/showthread.php?t=31528
