Probally will start out as a fix it ticket. Depending on the Officer. My advise is find a nice tail titty, do it right and be done with it. Why pay a ticket to look cool? Somethings just aren't worth it!

Of course I would say the SV but if you do plan on doing touring I would suggest a touring bike. Something that comes with a better suspension and comfort for the long haul out of the crate. I could tell you the SV is a good bike but I also could tell you doing any long riding would get old quick. It's not exactly a dedicated sport tourer. The Vstrom would be a better choice from Suzuki. All i can tell you is if I was planning on 1000+mi. trips I would be looking for a bike that is made for it. Like a St1300 or something to the effect.

Just make sure you have all your shit in order! I saw a couple people turned away because they were not prepared. I think we had 3 walkins because people didn't show up.

Practice in a parking lot. Most important thing to always do is keep your head up , look through the turns, turning you head at your neck (not just your eyes), looking where you going not where you are at or where you have been. I had trouble with this until the MSF instructors pointed it out and I noticed what I was doing. Dumb ass me!

+2 I took my MSF last year. It was more than worth the $25 plus the time. The only thing that sucked is they split the 3 days up into 2 weekends. Might want to hurry up and get into a class. I know up this way they book up real fast for the prepay. If you want to be a walk in have your money ready, temps ready, and be early to class. Good luck with whatever you end up doing.

The kids liked the concept but it just didn't hold up. You know when you get going pretty fast round and round and lean backwards? Well the one we got for the kids was such cheap plastic it would bend and stop abruptly.

My wife and I got one for the kids a couple years ago. It didn't hold up very long. IDK if they were made better when we were kids, like everything else, but it was crap. The kids were like "WTF is so great about this thing"" My parents are idiots!"

I wish I would have kept my GI Joe's. Instead they met their demise to the old Ariens lawnmower. It was a massacre!! Before I turned it into a go kart. Until that was torched in a teenage drunken stooper. Still have all my favorite Hot Wheels though in the garage. Some kids never grow up!

GI Joes and Hot Wheels. That's about all I played with . Most of my time as a kid was spent out in the woods screwing around.

I went with the 07 ZX10. Hell of an upgrade over stock. I would imagine nowhere near a Penske or Elka. It's a good budget bike but nothing special. That is all.

Just so you know my SV is a budget bike all the way. Even with my $100 shock swap.

The wind is much more interesting on LSD and orange juice!!
