I know you will make something great happen down there Nivin!  I wish we got to ride more together, but enjoyed the time that we did.  You might be a little self conscious and feel that you're socially awkward in your own words, but the things you endured and risked to get you and your family to where you are always struck me as very courageous and daring far beyond what I thought you gave yourself credit for and certainly more than i can say for most of these goons around here (myself included).   You're a great dude, a great dad, and you deserve every bit of goodness that comes your way.

Haha I am FAR from rich, especially not compared to the SpecialEd Land Baron of Chagrin Falls.  Also, more evidence of my being a fellow peon, I'm definitely getting a mortgage. Just couldn't pass it up at 3%!  I'm gonna go with enough of a down payment to keep my mortgage lower than what it was and spend the rest on drugs and remodeling.

They are allowing minor crimes without arrest or jail. 

But unlike the flu, its killing or hospitalizing older people and people with other semi common conditions or particularly respiratory issues at rates much higher than the flu or whatever we're used to (I've seen numbers like 20-30% and more for really old folks?!).  This is over loading the health system and that means they can't respond to normal medical issues that arise whether or not there is a pandemic going on.
