With all the track knowledge and faster, safer training/practice, you guys should be crash proof by now. Sorry I had no idea.

It's hard to be authentically sarcastic if you're also equally clueless.

I must be missing something, because I don't get a "track vs street" vibe on this forum. I see it as friendly mocking of that minsdet, rather than a staunchly planted "fuck track guys" flag.

I see a "Groms are fucking stupid" trend, but that is because Groms are fucking stupid.

    Fuck you groms are sweet

I can memorize turns also and keep riding the same ones over and over again and be 1000x beter at them in due time too.

On the street you have to be able to adapt to ever changing conditions. And have to leave some talent on the table for those unexpected moments. Always scanning always on alert to the ever changing conditions, terrain and obstacles.

The track you go out into a mostly controlled environment. Things seldom chage and all you have to do it hit your marks and improve your line and work on being faster.

Two totally differnt skill sets in my option.

So true.  It was a big moment for me when I got the bump to intermediate group on 536.  I'm 100% in A group for 800 though.

  4. i rode my thicc boy diavel around a bit for errands today and tested out the heated jacket liner (firstgear/warm n safe) after i got everything hooked up.

It is amazing.  why oh why didn't i have one of these for all those cold ass mornings heading down to SEO and all those cold ass nights heading back home after the ride was over?  so toasty and nice.

I'm with Kent. Prior to seeing anything about them here I had never heard of the WTC and don't care enough to find out anything about them. I have heard of the Cure but couldn't tell you anything about them or any of their songs. I also have never heard of the Smiths but somehow have heard the name Morrissey, don't remember anything I've heard about him but that name has been mentioned around me sometime.

I do know the bikes in the models though and I have pictures of a Buell in my phone.

Is this the one that got blamed on Pauly? If so, that was DEFINITELY his fault

  6. I always assumed that riding is ultimately a more or less individual activity (outside of 2 up riding which I only do with Pauly in full leather) so even in a group setting, if somebody gets a wild hair up their ass on some particular road or even set of corners they particularly loved, they should go ahead and blow their load and come back when ready.  Ideally, communication is desirable but if they're peeling off vs being left behind, I dont think it matters much.  I haven't ridden with UP in a very long time but I never minded when he hurt my feelings and left me behind like an unwanted stepchild during a ride.

It's an obese moped you prick, why you got to use derogatory terms? Only slow poopoo heads permitted in my new section.

I want me banned from their sub forum. But someone once told me the track was so much fun and today has proven that true. So here i am.

keep up this uppity attitude, and i'll change it to "motorized recumbent tardcycles for fatties"
