I think it stalled and then you flooded it. It is very easy to flood any engine when it is cold and if flooded they are very hard to start. When starting an engine in very cold weather you have to be careful with the choke. A flooded engine will pop and studder and a gas smell will come out the exhaust. If you suspect an engine is flooded you should open the choke and hold the throttle wide open to air it out while turning it over then close the throttle and try to start it, if at this point it tries to start but won't stay started use 1/2 choke. This is what I would do: 1. Fresh gas and drain the carburetor bowels ( gas can go bad in as little as 3 weeks ) 2. Charge the battery if the battery is weak you may have to replace it ( I usually leave the charger hooked up to the battery when starting a difficult engine ) 3. Try to start bike like you usually do if it starts don't drive until it warms up to normal operating temperature. 4. If bike doesn't start right after attempting to start it, pull 1 sparkplug this will help you locate the trouble. If the plug is dry your not getting enough gas and if it is wet your getting to much gas, or your spark is to weak to light the gas possibly do to weak battery. ( This is the same procedure for your snowblower, try to start like usual, pull sparkplug if it is wet open choke pullstart 10 times reinstall sparkplug try again. If spark plug is dry pump the primer button 5-10 times try again. You may have to pull the plug several times to determine the trouble. Keep in mind that sparkplugs may spark outside the engine but not once reinstalled, I had to replace my snowblower plug as it kept coming out wet. Three of us pulled on that thing for a 1/2 hour checking everything I determined it had to be the plug, went got a new one started 3rd pull. Fix the snowblower first as this will give you confidence to work on your bike. Good Luck

I have known these guys Marc and Pete since they quit selling parts at another place and opened their first shop on main st. north hill before moving to where they are now tallmadge ave. Pete was cool but is no longer with them. Other than the net this is the first place I go for used and new parts and highly recommend them. Yes Darius first arrived on the sceen in a video SBF Stunin S.F. and anyone watching that would agree that he was something special. He then went on his own with Servin It Up his first in a series of 5 Servin It Up dvds. After his pretty serious expressway crash doing a wheelie and looping it, to me, he seemed to have lost some of his edge but still an excellent rider. I have seen Servin It Up and Servin It Up III I would rate them 7 with the first being the better of the two. Once again just my opinion.

Its a 87 yamaha xt350 garage built motard. Yes and some 520 oem are 11 tooth with a 10 tooth available that in itself doesn't invalidate the article. Anyways just food for thought.

Is that a 520 chain? I read somewhere that with a 520 chain you shouldn't go under 15 because of the tight radius, that might be why you can't find one. The same thing probably goes for other size chains as well, after all there has to be a minimum size. You may want to research that. I bought a sprocket specialist front sprocket and it wasn't as thick as my original, I figured well they know what they are doing, and I used it. It lasted about 500 miles and I was pulling a wheelie and my transmission shaft stripped spinning inside the gear. I had to pull the engine and change the transmission shaft then I put on an oem sprocket. Also the first sprocket I bought from them, they had it listed for the bike, was to big and the chain rubbed the case so I couldn't use it. Don't get me wrong I am not knocking sprocket specialist, they will provide whatever size you want and then some, its up to you to know what size you want and if it will work. Good Luck

Its a 77 kawasaki intruder 440, 2 cylinder 2 stroke. I bought it on ebay for $125 and the guy even delivered it to my house. I had to fix a hole in the hood with fiberglass and painted that area black on both sides, came out good. I also pulled the motor and put in new pistons,rings and new seals. The carburetors were in a box missing half the pieces so I located needles, jets and misc screws and such and synced them with a mercury stick. Also rebuilt the fuel pump and replaced all the lines and install a new primer. Repaired the pull start, installed the seat, gas tank and hood hinges. I think I have under $400 in it, bought it in an october was finished by november. It sat all year outside under a tarp with the same gas it had in it from last year and started first pull. It had like 500 miles on it when I got it. These things are fast and a blast. If something happened to this one I would get another right away, they are that much fun.

This is what I would do: 1. The circlip or 1/2 ring centered but not really that important as long as it is there and yes it is short but you can look at both ends for signs of breakage or wear. 2. Start with fingers, move to putty knife, finish with utility knife blade. When using the blade or a sharp putty knife, lay it almost flat against surface and work it side to side but do not scratch the surface. Wipe surface with brake cleaner,carb cleaner,simple green,mineral spirits, anything that will clean the oil off. I usually go straight to the utility blade. 3. Leave the gas off or out of your tank till you turn it over a few times. This is just a trans repair the engine is already broke in you don't need oil in the cylinders but a small amount won't hurt anything. As far as assembly lube I would use motor oil ( doesn't matter what kind thicker may be better ) other additives may mix with your oil and get on your clutch plates. 4. When you do start it up, let it idle, keep an eye on the oil light in should go out in 3-5 seconds. Good Luck

I was mistaken, Starboyz Across America and FTP 4 is the set I have. I have every Starboyz except FTP 5 and FTP 666 so I can't comment on 5 as I have not seen it.

I have over 80 dvds and Psychomoto by IQ18Films.com is my favorite right now. It is supermoto stunt mostly street in th U.K. with some stunt how to's and jambs with some fresh rock music I've not heard before. I give it a 9 out of 10. Post and rate your favorite. Personally I am always looking for a good street stunt dvd.

Cops also have curtesy cards, they look like business cards, that they give to friends and relatives. When a person with a curtesy card gets pulled over he hands the card with his license to cop and most times they get a break as curtesy one cop to another.

The led bulb you are looking for is a 194, I bought 194a a standing for amber because that was all they had. Make sure your bike uses bulbs as I am not familiar with every bike and year.

No they are easy to put in all they are is blue leds that plug in in place of the bulbs in your cluster. I wanted leds in my gages instead of incandesent to save energy so I went to Auto Zone all they had was amber leds so my gages are yellow. To clarify I don't know what this kit is for sure but I do know that colored led bulbs are avaliable for your cluster and you can get them at the auto parts store or on line.

I am kinda of worried, how many do you have to have to be considered a junky.

Candle light I have not tried that, is that like using a lighter to see into your motorcycle gas tank? ( jk don't do that you may end up in intensive care )

Actually I grew up working in gastations as our family owned 3 of them. No I do not smoke, drink or use drugs. If I did use tobacco I would switch to chewing tobacco to go with my new led light. Thanks for your concern.
