I've been finding that out everytime I go on a ride. I'm pumped for this trip.

It was all in the angle of the collision. It looked like he had target fixation on that van once he turned the corner.

From what I've read on the rooms you need to book them ASAP. The Leaf Watchers are heavy that time of year and hotel rooms get booked up quick. Also, see the main CSBA forum. I guess there is a %10 discount for CSBA members at the hotel.

Trade and start learning to lean. Then later down the road get that supersport.

Thanks for all the info. I've got the weekend called off from Fri-Sun so I'll have to be at work Mon so that means no rafting for me but it looks like I'll be along for the riding as long as my buddy comes so I can afford to sleep under a roof.

I've only been on my bike and my buds Interceptor 500 and his 92 VFR 750. I'm sure any style of sport bike will suit your needs for the way you want to ride better than the max will. As far as speed is concerned, it'll be more than you'll need for the twisties. I can't keep up for anything in the straights with the people I've been on group rides with but I've gotten much better in the twisties and to me that's where it all matters. I say trade if you like it.

I just moved out of the rents place so that's my only concern. With over a month til' this event getting the money saved shouldn't be an issue but I'm sure a campground for the weekend would cost the same as a night in the hotel. Do you all have a time that you're leaving C-Bus? You leaving from the same meet spot as the CSBA rides? What's everyone do for dinner and stuff those nights? Everyone go out to eat or does everyone just seem to do their own thing? Just trying to see what all is going on ahead of time and if I need to start working overtime the rest of the month and next.

Looking like I can make this for sure. I may end up looking at staying at a campground instead of the hotel though. I'll be bringing one person with me on the trip too it looks like.

Just turned 20 2 months ago almost now.

I couldn't get off work for this one either. Should be riding with you all in October though.

I know for a fact I'll need to be home on Sunday. I have one friend that may be interested in going as well and I think he can handle both of our bikes on his trailer. What do you expect the gas total to be for the weekend? Do you ride 2 or 3 days?

You guys have an idea on the total cost of this trip? How many of you trailer down?
