Drive it for a week with new springs, then get an alignment. That will let everything settle.

I have the same chock from HF. What position did you put the pivot bolt in. Mine came mismatched, middle and lowest? I didn't notice and couldn't get the bike out without taking it apart. I will try the lowest setting next. Also, it really had my front tire rubber pinched and rolled. Not sure if it will regain its form.

I'm glad my opinion is in the majority. I don't normally use emotional subject lines. This one couldn't resist. I can't even fathom being an A-hole to someone, if I rear-ended them...and a bike no less. The pucker factor must have been sky high for both of them.

I love how people feel the 250 doesn't have enough power for the street. Now the judgement includes the 300. Who has RIDDEN a 300 aggressively through the RPM range, and thinks it is not enough for the street? -

Are the HF tolerances too tight/loose? What is specifically wrong? I replaced the manufacture's shipping grease and plan to lube regularly with lithium grease. I don't foresee any problems.

If you are bagging on something because it is inexpensive, why did you buy a HF trailer to begin with? I'm not trying to be a complete douche, just wondering why I should spend money to replace my brand new bearings.

Great minds think alike. I just finished my 4x8 folding trailer(minus my chock install). I've been eyeing that same box at TSC. I have to decide how much it will hinder the foldability. I might install quick release pins for it.
