Riverside is a nice range and there proshop has fair prices I drive from berea to the falls to shoot there sometimes. But not driving to dayton to shoot. Midget Todds house is about my limit for driving to shoot somewhere LOL!

Yeah I figure if we get a fresh snow I might try to head out next week. Would be easier to track with snow on the ground might be easier to spot them also. I figure a 30-06 would do some damage to a pig. Either that or take my AR-15 down there since there is no bag limit for a quick follow up shot. LOL!

How serious are the trails there? I am mounting a set of kenda tires that are more street bias. They are still off road but do not have knobbies?

Went out for the first time today. Kids had a all pro dads breakfast at their school. Did pretty good with everything. Feeling pretty good besides the small leak from the corner of the glue that's not holding to well on the cut. I think I might have been doing to much on my own. I don't do well on sitting in one place all day. Might be from all the getting up on my own that its bleeding a little? Oh well at least im mobile again lol

What kind of pigs you talking about? Wild hogs? I talked to a guy at deer camp this year who hunts them down in the south east corner of the state. I would love to take my 30-06 down there and give pig hunting a try.

For the money have you considered a bolt action? In a lever action the local shops have rossi 30/30 for under $400. And the henry 30/30 for just over $530.
