Looks good Scott. If I had some money I would go get my lc9 out of layaway. LOL Red if you want to come up to the range I will bring my rifle rest to clamp your gun down to help you zero the scope. I would bring the buckmark indoor or out. Motozach?(sp) needs to make a range trip with us this weekend.
They make a compact xdm now, also a 3.8, and the full size. The tactical is the 5 inch barrel on the xd. Think the standard xdm has a 5 inch as well. And the xdm holds three rounds more then the xd does in 9mm so the grip is a big longer.
So you know the buck mark requires a allen key to remove the slide also. And i think the ruger mark 3 requires a small tool box or something. (just kidding) Have you looked at the sig or the p22 yet? Edit pm sent to ya with what you need to go buy LOL! https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/76085
Question why the xd tactical and not a xdm? Just wondering? I have a xd service model and sub compact in 9mm love them both they will always stay with me. And trust me I have gone thru a few carry guns already and the xd still has a place in my safe. I am also not a fan of hammers on pistols, just a personal preference.
Even though I have a buckmark(great guns) I still like the looks of the 1911 .22lr. They have one with a fake can on it at fin for like $289? Might be worth it for the threaded barrel alone LOL! Next time I go in there I will see if they can get the issc or if they stock them.
Check out the rossi circuit judge its a short carbine that shoot 45 long colt or 410. With the stock removed might pack pretty easy.also they make it in a 44 mag.
So got next week off for shotgun. Did dillion last year but that's a haul to drive to everyday. Anyone else have a suggestion for a good deer spot more northeast?
