  5. Sad I have nothing to offer as my life consist of work and sleep...
  6. I ruled out keltec right away. Looked at the ruger. Then looked at the tcp and the sig like the sig best but not dropping 500+ on a pocket gun so I got the 738 in stainless. Like the last shot hold open and sights. Plus it was 259 at gander for the ss slide.
  7. Wonder if the back seat folds out to a bed like mine did...
  8. Nuk that's what I did love my xd9sc for winter carry when owb is easy to cover but went with a 380 pocket gun for when it gets warm out. Put 150 rnds down it so far with no problems.
  9. Glad to see you both got something out of the class. If you have a good instructor the day does go by fast also did mine in one day. Class seemed to fly by.
  10. Ok glocks new go for around $500. The m&p is pretty close to that also around$ 500. The springfield xd line starts around $400 for the xd and goes up for the xdm to around$ 530. Revolver start around 350 and go up from there. Used minus 50-100 off new depend on if it lbts or not. Pocket guns like the lcp tcp keltec under 300 new.
  11. I will be on later tonight when the kids go to sleep. get the gang on and we'll have a match.
  12. Yeah im kinda cranky today the wife left me to watch the boys after I just got out of work at 8 am. And to boot she banned them from ps3 for bad behavior this week so I cant even play black ops to help keep me awake. back on topic meanie is right. And remember there is never one perfect gun for everything thats why we all have several of them..
  13. I use to have a ford version back when I was younger they are fun as hell. mine was 88 iroc blue and had 36 inch super swampers on creager ss rims. it was way to much fun to load up my buddies and some beers and go muddin at my buddies farm. kept it for a few years then when it was getting broke down I traded it for a nice 89 bronco. Guy restored it and dropped a big block in it.
  14. Yep thats what replaced the .38 so I am holding on to that brass sorry. for when I get around to getting some reloading stuff.
  15. or even easier xd>m&p>wheelgun>dogpoop>glock...
  16. Kinda hard to carry a shotgun or ar with you?
  17. I work and drive thru cleveland everyday. And your right you need to carry a gun anymore. A guy I work with just had his 20 year old daughter get killed in the projects by a car jacker. Shot in the back of the head. Be safe carry often.
  18. Ok I will sum up every other thread in this post. chebby likes m&p so does jrmmii, I like xd so does midget todd and lots of others. and some of the fools on here insist glock is the best but there not worth mentioning. And max and a few of the old guys think wheel guns are the only way to carry. That sound about right guys? LOL!
  19. I have had a few carry guns. Some were sold off and the one that still is here is my springfield xd sub compact. It fits my hand the best, i shoot well with it and it is not to bad to carry and not get noticed. I have also had a pt 145 as a carry gun ammo got way to expensive and it was heavy to carry it sat in the safe alot and not on my hip so it was sold. I also had a s&w bodyguard .38 revolver for awhile. Being left handed I didnt care for the wheel gun much it was very easy to conceal and very simple to use(pull trigger go bang) but the fact it was such a pain to shoot left handed it was sold also and replaced with a taurus 738 .380 pocket gun. I like this one so far it is small and easy to drop in a pocket. for a pocket gun it is accurate and the stainless slide is nice also. Shoot a few more guns and see what you like opinions are like assholes there are plenty of both here LOL!
  20. Oh wait I see what ya did there DAC LOL! Not bad but will be priced to high for sure. I would guess it is gonna be priced around $20-$25k to rich for my blood.
  21. Same here I have a few hundred rounds of once fired .38 brass i no longer need as i sold the gun and bought a different caliber. anyone need 200+ once fired brass for a .38?
