A three day pack have my 4 inch xd with 3 mags loaded and 100 extra rounds of 9mm. So 150 rounds total. Water for two days some power bars first aid kit. Also have a large survival knife and small camp ax. Emergency radio with batteries and a large maglight. Some duc tape rope waterproof matches and a fire striker. Think that's it lol. This is sitting right next to my shot gun and rifle/ammo stash.

Ill be on ps3 lol for free did I mention.

What range stonewall? I shoot there alot. I also been driving out east to shoot outdoors.

Have had a m&p and have 2xds like the xd much better. M&p was weird to take down didn't like the fact you had to use that little rod to flip a lever to take it down. Good choice on the xd.

Sounds good. I have been looking at the tac sol rail with the sights built in. Still like the aimpoint scope but might look In to the browning one.

What did ye end up getting? I use my iron sight on my buckmark.

Next time your at stonewall check one out they have one in the case but there prices are high on it. Think the want$ 589. I have seen them cheaper.

I would let ya shoot it but you might not want to give it back!! That much better then the 22 out to 100 yrds. Its like a laser beam. But the 22 is lots cheaper to shoot.

Check into a aimpoint reddot they seem to be the top pick for the buck mark and rugers over at rimfire.

Think scottb has one of these he likes it good gun for the price.

Sounds good to me would be a haul though. Plan it on a sunday and I would make it.

The barrel screw and the slide is about all that needs to come off to clean it. The scope is the most likely problem. The two screws in the back will remove the slide(on top) you might have to remove the scope to get at the screws to re move the slide. Buck mark I am guessing? I have one that out shoots me take the scope off check the iron sights. Check the barrel is tight and clean. My guess is the scope or mount.

So who is gonna do the shoots this summer if midget Todd's not?

I can go get a year pass to the state range for $24 a year if I want to shoot paper. But thanks for the offer I think he is hooked on plinking not paper punchin.

Kawi he has shot the mini. The local (40) miles away range does not allow tanerite. Shot some rootbeer bottles that I shook up. That was fun. Need someones farm to shoot on so I don't have to pay out the rear to go shoot. I am still looking at acreage in kimbolton to buy to have some land of my own.

So I made it out to the outdoor range today. Took my ten year old with me with his .22 I got my .17 out for the first time. Let me say that the 17 is a laser. Was way to much fun shooting the 17 at anything from fruit to water bottles. Bowling pins were killed as well as golf balls. Even some clay pigeon pieces at100 yrds didn't stand a chance. The kid said he likes shooting at stuff more then just paper.
