That's the model I have bought from dicks sporting goods. I shoot steel ball bearings I get from work. They are the worn out ones that are gonna be thrown out so who knows what size they are. They are a bit out of round but they work an they don't mind if I grab a hand ful everyonce in awhile.

Slingshots are so much fun. I just got one after my kids shot them at camp and were bugging me for one. Forgot how much fun they are.

Its spring steel if it wore out from being compressed your shocks/struts on you bike, and car should be unloaded also... better keep your bike on a lift that keeps the weight off the rear shock and the front forks or it will ruin them faster!

I store mine in ammo cans with a desiccant pack to help keep the moisture out.

He alot older then my boys, I got the eddy eagle video from the nra to start mine on. Then I preach to them safety to the point my kids wont even point there nerf guns at each other with out safety glasses on. I have been taking my oldest shooting since he was 8 he is 10 now and has better range manners then most adults. The class is a good step. Look into the class Gump posted for hunter safety they teach alot about respecting firearms in the classes.
