Yeah it has one of the best street motors I have ever had in the bikes I have owned. Pulls like a twin down low and has good power on top also. But the midrange is where it shines! Very useable power band for a street bike. Handles pretty well also. I just need a few small things to button it up and it will be back to the way it was again. Oh yeah and it could use a good washing also dirty british tramp!

Matt I got the triple up to snuff for doing ohio rider rides. I would not take it on a core ride yet?! Was a fun pace all the same for a shake down run of the triple. Sorry to see that more then one went down on the ride. Next ride lets do 536 or maybe 556 for fun..

Larry the cable guy here. Sorry I had to bail early it was fun for the one roads we got to ride before the rain hit. Stayed dry on the ride home for the most part. Still got home around 9:30 even with leaving early. Next ride do it on a weekend morning and I will be able to stay and play more. Good meeting everyone.

Not bad 61.4 miles from my work! If I get out on time and ride down I should be there by 5:30 ish. I will post in the am if can make it.

I just did the pc3usb with a custom dyno tuned map on my triple? every time I tried to use a map from triumph or some one else it never ran right now it runs much better.

I might still be in for this? I would be riding down from the euclid area around 4:30 it is about 70 miles to canton from my work! I might be able to make it down around 6pm. What exit do I get off of 77s to meet at this star bucks? I am use to meeting in bolivar on 212.

Will have to check with the wife? I work till 4pm up in cleveland so I would have to come straight from work. If I can make it would be coming down from the euclid area. What type of ride will this be? one peice race leathers pace, or just a jacket and jeans kinda pace?

Sills honda in brookpark has a left over 06 vfr in slate grey brand new never titled. But they will not come down much on the price, why it is still there. they are saying like 9k out the door. I offered 7500 plus tax and they said no?

Seen new ones at the gun shows for $425-$450 with nice stocks or plastic stocks and foregrips. That seems real high, unless it has more stuff then listed? After looking at the pics in your profile. I would not pay more then $500 for everything. The folding stock ones sell for even less then the wood. And the ammo is mil surplus about twenty cents a round. Buy a sks if you want a 7.62 they are cheaper and shoot better then the AK.

Thats why I went to the right end with my mini, and 9mm. The mini throws some major brass and it is much larger and hotter then a 22 case. I saw ya jumpin on the one. I got a hot steel case from my mini last time I shot inside that left a nice burn for a few weeks! I think we are the only two northern guys who shoot somewhat frequently??! When it warms a bit and dries out some I would be down with going out again. Was a good time, thanks for the invite.

So back on topic of ranges ScottB and Me went to A&A shooting today for the first time. Outdoor range public access, skeet, pistol, 100yrd and 200 yrd rifle. A little on the rustic side(built1973) but well run from what I saw. Proshop, clubhouse nice grounds. Price for range time was pretty fair, $10 and hour for the outdoor ranges. Ammo prices were less then fair at a gouging $16.40 for a box of 50 blazer alum fmj 9mm. Stupid me had to get some while I was there. Will let you shoot at what ever you want from what I saw. They had some tractor tires set up to set things on. We shot at some water bottles and bolwing pins, with a water filled monster bottle my 9mm blew up. Was fun till the rain picked up kinda hard, time to pack it up! It is out in garretsville off of 422. Would not mind going back on a dry calm day(kinda windy today) Or would not mind getting out to some farm land either! hint hint.

Went to a outdoor range today with Scottb. I can say after seeing what a 9mm 142gr fmj will do to a bolwing pin at 25 ft I would not want to get hit with one. It almost went thru a bowling pin and blew a pretty good hole into it. I think a hp would do fine hitting flesh.

When my wife went to look for a gun she looked at 25 models I would guess. Based on what felt best in her hand and she could work the action on with out problems. She ended up with a springfield xd9 service model. She liked it best and so did I so I was happy to get it. I shoot it all the time now and she has yet to get out to the range yet with it. LOL!
