Ok so the only thing I make from scratch is sausage gravy and biscuits. From moms Kentucky cook book. Start by browning one roll sausage, remove cooked bits and save dripping. add 2 tbs flour stir and reheat to thicken. Add 3 cups milk(maybe more or less depends on how much shorting you got out of drippings.) add fresh ground pepper and a little salt. run over low heat stirring until thickened. add the cooked sausage back in cook for a few more mins and done. the wife loves this one better then bob evans.

Not to be a dick and hope it was nobody that was linked to the site, But with it being in the city at that time of night most likely didnt come out good. Probably some squid with no gear stuntin. Just hope no people got hurt to bad. Thats why I dont like riding in the city anymore...

So I was bored yesterday and wanted to go shoot for awhile. Since I still cant find any .45acp around, I decided to take the XD9 thats been sitting in the safe for a few months now unfired. Had a free 1/2 hour for B&T so I printed out some target and went and shot for free. The gun holds a good grouping. It is way more accurate then my pt 145 is at the back of the range. Had to readjust to the sight as they are different from my straight 8 sight on my pt145. Ifigured out the sight s and was ripping the centers out at 21, and 40 feet. I need to get a few more mags as it is a pain to load up 16 rnds at a time while at the range.

So here is a question I have wondered about. About 6 years ago I had a bike accident on rt 800 out near barnesville. No property damage or other car/bike involved just my bike loosing traction in a corner and low sided. Was waiting for a friend to bring a truck down to load the bike in, when a ems unit came by. They asked if I was ok I said yes didnt need medical help had to sign a paper stateing so. While waiting for the truck a state trooper comes rolling up lights on. Gets out asks for all my info, ins card and what not. Then proceeds to put me in the back of his car, while he ran my info? Lets me out issues me a ticket for failure to control. Then lectures me and my riding buddies on safety before he leaves. WHY THE HELL did I get a ticket? Found out the ems was the ones who called the trooper.

The thing I hate the most is the double standard that cops have for each other. I have a strongsville cop three doors down, that at a block party was bragging about how he and his buddies got all f-ed up and got pulled over on the way home. He was so proud that the officer let them wait to be picked up by someone and let them go home. If they were not all police in the car they would have been dragged to jail and given a dui. Same goes for speeding they all let each other off. I once got pulled over back in the squidly days while riding with a cop and two firefighters. We were doing 120 in a 50 by the airport, got nabbed pulled over and were then let go after they flashed there badges, with nothing more then a warning. Guess if you have a badge you are bullet proof?

Lets see so far this weekend I have grilled, some burgers and dogs for the kids, some bbq chicken for me and the wife. Going to my brothers on monday for some more grilled goodness.
