Ah come on, I rode to north Ga. on my triple twice. Did the dragon and all the good roads on the way back. Ride down, it will be more fun. We did 3700 miles in 5 days last time. 14 hours on a bike is not THAT bad. I had a buell and a busa with me on the ride down and they were fine. Just make sure you have new tires on before you leave, I burned mine up in the five days we were down there.

Sorry almost every stunt rida I have met is a d-bag. keep it off the freeway assholes. I live near cleveland and there are tons of stunta wanna be's up here makes me sick.

If only I could sell my triple, I would love to be back on a gixxer I had one back in the srad days...

Since we are talking ballistics, what is the diffrence between .45acp and .45gap?

I would have to say check with Flounder? He posts up some stuff for long shoots, bench shooting. Out of my neck of the woods as I have only a meager mini 14 target model to play with.

The wife went with us also just to watch, she was gonna go and shoot the xd9 but didn't end up doing it. Will have to make a trip back with just her to try it out. Been so long since I shot a gun with 6 o'clock sights I was shooting way high with the xd. I am now use to the straight 8 sights on my pt145. I use to go to the range with my Dad when I was younger, still remember it. Good times for sure.

Heck if she won't ride pillion on my triple I figure he could LOL!

Now if I could only talk my wife into letting me take him for bike rides longer then around the block!

Yeah hes been bugging me since we went back in Dec. when he got the rifle. I figured he is on spring break and the weather has been crap so we went and had some indoor fun! Last time we went he also shot the 20ga. barrel for his combo and it was a bit to much for him still. This time we stuck to the 22lr. and I let him shoot off my bench rest once with my .223 which dont kick much. He had a great time, and is improving his aim each time we go.

So I went to the range with my 8 year old today he got to shoot his 22lr. and took one shot with my mini 14 target model off of my bench rest. He did good for just his second trip out with it. It has a 4x bsa scope on it. He shot this target from the 40 foot line. I ran 3 shot at 75 feet that are marked on it. Once he can steady the rifle a little better I thin he will be a fine shot.

As I have no clue as to how much any of that is worth send me a pm if you can on what you are looking to get. I am looking to start getting into reloading, but have no clue so far as to what the worth of anything is. Thanks.

Sorry I missed the ride. I need to get my bike back together. If jbot and tpoppa were riding gp pace, I need to be on these rides. As far as riding in super tight groups not a good idea on back roads. You must ride more on the freeways then back roads if this is how you group ride. I have only been on a few rides with ohiorider folks and they seemed to be fine with the pace that the 919 guy and "the asian kid" ride. I hope this season starts off better then this...

Well we looked at everything they had at the gun show today. The wife is still set on the xd9 4 inch service model. I am set on the sig arms mosquito in blue with the threaded barrel, as my target gun. Figure the .22 is way cheap to shoot, and it is a full framed gun. As soon as the tax man refunds me next week we will be buying both of these.

What ya doing jbot? Or was there a certian red bike leading the group? Double the limit in a park is not that crazy? Risky for the ticket you might get but not as for the speeds. I need to get my bike back on the road to go see how crazy these guys are riding..

Might be picking one of these up in 9mm for the wife. She looked at a local gun shop and this is the "one" she picked. Been looking for the best prices on one. Local shop is $499. is the best price I found. If I drive down to north Canton they have a dark earth and blue for $479. I will look at the show here in Berea sunday to see if I find a better deal.

Does not look to good for me making it. There is a gun show here in Berea I want to head up to, then the sportsman show is also ending on Sunday. I will try to make it down sometime as I would like to see how you guys shoot at the distances you talked about.

My wife and I went up to the local gs today to look for her first handgun. She walked right past the wheel guns like see didnt see them? looked at a walther 9mm, didnt like the thin grips. then looked at a xd, liked this one alot. She also looked at a pt140 milpro. didnt like it to much. looked at a sig 22lr kinda liked that one. went back looked at the xdm 9mm then the xd again. still liked the xd best. So for now looks like she is going with the xd as her first pick with the sig arms 22lr as her second.

When you taking the class I need to go take mine already. Tom you still doing class'? I need to find someplace to get mine done.

In the akron area that I know of are crooked river in the falls, state8, or a bit north cleveland akron honda, Never been to the pony as i live in cleveland. I also buy almost all my stuff online. Go someplace try on what you want to buy then finder it way cheaper online..

I use to have a m&p 9mm nice guns wish I would have kept it when i got my .45. ammo is cheaper to shoot and easier to find. I am going for my class as soon as I get my taxes back and have the coin to go.
