I was a cheap ass and went with the vortex. After reading Toms post about setting a 4moa dot at a 6 oclock pattern it kinda made me rethink needing something with a smaller dot.

Running a mbus back sight with the rock river flip up front. Well crap now I'm leaning toward the aimpoint again. Even if it is a bit more money.

How accurate is the 2moa at distence? Does the dot cover a lot of the target?

That sucks oh well more range time wasted loading mags still.

I have a fair amount of ammo already. I am also picking up atleast 1000+ rounds when i get my check friday. I agree with the iron sights i been using mine for the past year and am good with them to 100yrds. Just want some type of sight on there also.

I get my year end bonus Friday. Buying a sight for my AR finally . Either the aimpoint comp ml3 with the 2 mil dot or a eotech. Which one would you pick and why?

Since im lazy. Does this also include long gun mags? Like if i had a ammo can in the hatch full of loaded AR mags that were not in the same case as the gun it would be allowed?

Those fancy one are over rated i am getting one made local that is way more stout for less money. Guy uses plate steel and fire brick intead of sheet metal and fiberous insulation.

if it is a 580 ranch rifle stock it will fit for sure. If it is a older model with the different barrel profile not sure if it will fit. I will fit into any aftermarket stock made for the 580 ranch rifles. You left handed or something? These stocks are not real comfy when shot left handed, but other wise why would you want to switch the stock?

Besides there is not even a season for bobcat in ohio. So would it even be legal to shoot one if you did actually see one? Gump I live in the city have never seen a mink or weasel. All we have in the city is turkey, deer, yotes, and small game like squirrel, rabbits, skunk. I live close by a metro park that runs into a big valley with lots of horse farms so we have a few more critter coming up to our development.

Do you mean the ranch rifle stock? If so it will fit into any newer mini stock.
