We have a deionizer or some shit like that at work. It takes a few hours but it worked on my wife's van when we went to sell it. If u wanted I could do it for u.

Please sell it to anyone but brian. He already has to many cool toys that i'm jealous of

I personally think hate crimes are stupid. someone getting more or less punishment for the same crime do to the other persons/party religion, sexual orientation or whatever is dumb. I don't care if i was assaulted by a black person or white, homosexual, kkk member i would want them to be held to the same standard.

Actually got my wife one of these for Christmas to carry. Hopefully make it to the range today.

Patient zero.....it's the start of it all. Sorry my friend but only cure is blunt force trauma to the brain. Get to it and save the rest of humanity. Lol.

I will make a serious suggestion. It may cost extra but stay away from the really low end blaupunkt,Jensen type stuff. Made the mistake of buying one a few years back and not even 6 months the flip out wouldn't work. This time I went with a pioneer double din touch screen. It's amazing how the prices on those things have dropped in the past few years. U can get a flip out new for $300

I have to agree with that. I used to LOVE working in my car all night and weekends. Once I started doing it for a living not so much.

I remember u saying u were trying to do this on the cheap. From the picture it looks like u broke the end of that plastic fuel line. It's hard to tell without seeing the bigger picture but u could just cut off both ends and use a rubber hose to connect the two. Most cars fuel pressures can be handled by hose and a couple clamps. I've done it multiple times when fuel lines have rusted under a car.

Most good mechanics are settled in to one place where they are taken care of very well, have seniority, and a foothold in what happens at there place of work. Sorry to tell u but what your going to most likely have to do is hire somebody that doesnt really know shit and teach them yourself or drop a buttload of money, gaurunteed hours (if paying flat rate), vacation time and all kinds of benefits to lure someone away from a company they are comfortable with. In my experience this goes for all types of mechanics since u didn't specify what type. Most of us have put in a lot of hours, busted knuckles, and blood to get where we are at and it takes a lot to move us. Plus most of our tool boxes are huge. That shit sucks to move.

Are u planning on having the head milled at a machine shop? Out of the hundreds of engines I've torn apart I have never had a head stuck on a block that bad. If u are having the head checked and milled then a few scratches from separating with a screwdriver or pry bar won't matter.

U have to take it for what it's worth and know the history. I can almost gauruntee that on and for a while after 9-11 more than one person on this board said something very similar to that about Muslims and at the time it was accepted. I'm sure most if not all of us don't feel the same way now.

Best post in this entire thread hands down

I also used painters or electrical tape (can't remember) to help with splintering depending on what your bodywork is made out of.

Located in Japan asking questions about Japanese bikes on an Ohio based forum and its his first post. I'm calling it SPAM. Just re-read post saying he's from Columbus......still not sure if spam.

Thats exactly what i'm talking about. If u think about the money they throw into f1, moto gp, air races, there own junior racing series and all the athletes they sponsor It must be staggering.
-
mainly ease of use. instead of looking for a way to tie down your bike without rubbing the straps against painted surfaces u have one and its attached to a place thats designed to hold weight.

That video just made me think about how much money redbull actually makes. Thats a lot of fucking drinks.

That guy was a fucking joke. He's as bad as al sharpton, Jessie Jackson and the rest of those idiots. What a waste of space.

anyone been recently. I went opening weekend and the place was a madhouse. Couldnt even really get in on any table games. Has it slowed down and have the dealers/staff gotten any better?

no problem. His was an extraordinary circumstance but taught me a valuable lesson and figured i would help clear it up. Just so there is no confusion I know "tomato" personally and have been great friends for a long time and he got severely screwed and had no idea what was going on. He bought the bike with a clear legit title and was able to legaly get it switched into his name and the bike was still a stolen bike. Moral of the story bill of sale, mso, title u can still be screwed. When your getting into track bikes your dealing with possible frame switches, motor changes, suspensions from different bikes. You never know. The only thing u can do is be dilligent but u never truely know.
-
i know first hand. Jon is a little off. The bike was titled and even switched into "tomatos" name. He owned it for 1-2 years. He put it on craigslist to sell and the original owner recognized it, acted like he wanted to buy it, matched the MOTOR vin to his title and called the cops and they swarmed his house. The person "tomato" bought it from ended up being part of a ring of people stealing bikes (unknown to tomato at the time) and had switched the frame. Tomato's bike was titled In his name and was still taken from him. The original owner got an insurance check, bought a new bike with it, and got the original bike back from tomato. If that shows u anything realize title or not u can still get fucked.
