looks like the zipper is just off the opposite zipper track. otherwise they're pretty much like new minus a few scuffs that can probably be buffed out with some polish. how tough would that zipper be to get back on?

nope, ebay auction. my concern about fitment would be from the standpoint of breaking them in personally vs. a pair that has already been broken in to someone else's foot.

Good idea? bad idea? i guess i'm just wondering how they age, if it's worth saving $200ish to get a pair that's lightly scuffed up. And anyone know what "Zipper on right foot will need to be re-set as it does not zip both sets of teeth together." might mean? my first thought was "just need to put the other zipper side back into the zipper unit, but that seems simple enough that the seller would just do it to avoid listing something like that. this would be my first set of riding boots as i'm trying to put together my track day setup.

oh and i found out i'm a size 40us. man 1 piece suits are tough to get in and out of. i think i shoved a testicle back up in my abdomen and dislocated my shoulder. but the snug fit sure feels protective.

they were on there pretty good, seriously, it'd take a LOT to get a screw that long to come out though.

yeah, i parked on the cement walkway like ususal, was in the store about an hour. i know they were both screwed in all the way cause the bike was on the stand before i took it out today and spools are too long to just shimmy their own way out of the socket....

this is the kinda theft i expect from teens, but i assume if you know you can unscrew spools, odds are you have a sportbike and are an adult.

Rode up to IP today to try on some 1-piece suits. Get home, go to put the bike up on the rearstand and someone stole one of my Yamaha spools and the other was halfway unscrewed... in the end not a huge deal but it still pisses me off that someone would do something like that. anyone got an extra, black Yamaha R6 swingarm spool?

i'm gonna go up to IP today and try some onesies on. and yeah APCh8r, my priority isn't passing, but being safe. Also, how much do they charge for a new tire day of the track day? cause my rear PP has about 5k miles on it, probably has another 4k left in it as most of the miles are mild commuter riding, but i doubt it'll pass their 70% rule.

So i'm really wanting to sign up for the novice motorcycle track course Sept. 19th (and possibly 20th) at Mid Ohio and am trying to sort out my gear needs. Do leather track pants that zip just in the back to the jacket, like my Astars jacket will do, qualify as a 2 piece suit? otherwise i'm just gonna try and pick up a 1-piecer.

When i think about it, it boggles my mind how the gov't can spend this much money and makes me wonder why we ever even care about how much the gov't spends. Why not just have universal health care and pay everything in deficit spending? it's not like we're ever gonna fuckin pay that back. WHy not raise the fuckin minimum wage to $40/hour, funded by the gov't. Who's gonna stop them? no one that's who, so why fuckin care about how indebted the feds are if, in the end, it doesnt mean jack shit how much debt they have?

congrats man! i waited my whole life for a dog and now i've got a boxer and i love the hell out of her. you're gonna have a blast, just make sure when you're training him that you're consistent. If you want him to not do something, NEVER let her do it. Spend time working on command with treats every day and make sure they're getting exercise (my dog and i's favorite is roller blading with her pulling me). Otherwise just love the hell out of him and make sure you have enough resolve stocked at all times cause they'll make mistakes no matter how well housebroken they are. good luck!

figured mine out tonight. tested the thermostat and door switch for continuity and they worked as they should. bypassed the thermal fuse and voila! just need to replace that sucker now...
