That's awesome! Very glad to hear it. Sadly, at the current moment in time. I am planning on making the ride..but how much of it I am actually able to do, is extremely questionable right now. I'll save you all the boring details..but I have half of a foot, Double the size of the Elephant mans! I was still planning on riding if it was only my foot. 4 Dr.s this week, and they are still baffled. My Last appointment today. I pretty much got butchered. Those of you who know my more immediate health history will know what I'm talking about. Those that don't know it, don't need to! I'll just give a quick summary of: my left and right side of torso, left and right arms, left and right thighs, right hip, and right side of my back are going to be very, very sore. I'm thinking (hoping) my drugs will dull the pain, and just leave me at a being very sore stage, and not actually painful. When you add in riding 300 miles, that Hopeful soreness, is most likely going to turn into pain. Hope for the best, plan for the worst..something like that right? I blame Ebon!!!!

So yesterday, I headed up to Dundee, Michigan to a freakin Awesome store! I had some health issues, so sadly I wasn't really able to walk around nearly as much or as long as I really wanted to. So where did I go? .... Cabela's (http://www.cabelas.com) It was the coolest retail store (that didn't involve motorcycles) that I have Ever been to. I don't wan't to give away any of the details of what to expect when you go inside. it would probably be a better experience if it was a surprise. I had no idea what it was like, and now I just can't wait to go back. If my health was better, I really think I could have spent at least a couple of hours there pretty easily. So, what is the coolest store that you have ever been too? (Iron Pony doesn't count.) A store where you can just go spend a couple of hours, and not even notice.

I've always thought that it would be a blast to go, but sadly, I have never went. Never really checked, but I guess I always thought it seemed expensive, and I just haven't found my Sugar Momma yet!

Anyone Meeting up with us at iron pony.. Were running a little bit late.. We will be there by 10:30 though. Look for the all black busa with givi hard luggage.. That's me
-
Is this what you had in mind?

I went to the one in Michigan. They have them in Mi, Wv, Pa, and In...but not Ohio. They need to expand to Columbus! That is the coolest store I've ever been in, that didn't involve motorcycles I think. Yeah..blacklick isn't exactly Prime riding.. The black busa in Newark though...seems like groups often meet at the KFC there

Ahhh supposed to post up a google map, or a link to a google map. Now you are going to make me track down roads heh. I'm lost already!

To identify Me from a distance, you should have said..Just look for the Bright Red Emergency Information sticker on my shoulder. I've never seen Anyone else with one of those on there. Too far North to be in Blacklick? Me? nooo...if it's nice weather, and I'm feeling decent..I can be anywhere!!! I was trying to meet up with some friends in Chicago or St. Louis this weekend...but seems as though everyone got stuck working. Yesterday, I rode with some cruisers and put on 200ish miles with a trip to Hocking hills, and today I rode solo up to Dundee, Michigan. By the time I got home tonight, I had clocked just over 300 miles on today's trip. That's a lower number then it should of been due to a foot problem. Long winded story short, Blacklick is well within my range of being out and about. From a few feet away, or if moving..probably can't tell mine, or any other one like mine, is not "normal" paint. It just looks matte black, or flat black or Dirty lol. At least that's how I see it when my friend and I switch rides. Luggage...yeah..although it comes off in just a few seconds..it's pretty much Always on the bike. Gotta look for someone else though..I went to Cabela's today! That store Rocks!

Tomorrow: 10/11...we are meeting at Iron Pony at 10:00, and leaving to Competition Accessories at 10:15-10:30ish. Everyone is invited, and with the roads Central Ohio has to offer, it will be a cruiser friendly ride. http://www.ohio-riders.com/showthread.php?t=67153 I'm not sure how many are showing up, but last Scott said (fellow Marysvillian who is the one setting this up)we are going to be heading from Iron Pony, to Marysville, to Springfield. (trying to avoid the freeways) Honestly, they aren't going to be the most challenging of roads, and there will be a lot of straights, because there really isn't a "good" way to get there. Once again, Everyone is invited. After looking around at Competition Accessories, I will be up for riding more. I am off all day long, so if someone has somewhere else they would like to go to..Toss the idea out there and lets see if we can make it happen. One place I thought of, would be Indian Lake. I haven't actually looked it up, but I am guessing it is probably only 45min from Springfield. I don't know the roads around there, but there might be some decent ones. Speak up if you have any other destination ideas, or if you know any good roads to get from Marysville to Springfield, or Springfield to Indian Lake, or anything good around Indian Lake.

I'm still planning on being there..Hope a lot of other people wanna ride too Won't be the best route..(unless someone knows some secret roads that way) but the company will be great!
-
I went up to Michigan today heh..Lots of bikes out..but I couldn't find anyone to ride there with me. It was a great day to be on 2 wheels
-
I upgraded, then about 2 days later, I ended up using Tiny Umbrella to rollback my firmware so that I could jailbreak it. A "normal", un-jailbroken iphone, isn't really an iphone
-
yeah..i can make it there without getting lost heh...but I can't be looking for a curvy road off of whatever road we are on, as we are riding...I'm not that talented. If you put together a route with google maps, post up it up, or pm it to me, and I can load it into my gps and take us that way. As far as not being a race to get there..I know that, but there are many people around, that don't really enjoy going the speed limit..or going in a straight line...then they all blame Meeeee cause I'm up front, setting the pace, and choosing the roads. I rode a little over 200miles down to Hocking today with All cruisers (10ish)..I still had fun. A lot of the times, we were going Under the speed limit..and I still had fun. With all the leaves changing, it is very scenic down there right now. Too bad we didn't stop for a couple pics..I bet your woman would like it down there right now.

I know back roads from Pony to marysville, but going to Comp Acc, I don't really know anything. Just rt 4 or rt 36 to springfield. Whatever that road is called..single road the whole way.. Me lead? I'm too slow to lead! Cruisers pass me like I'm standing still..Oh wait..I was standing still when that happened.
-
Sounds like a plan to me... Yeah,,my Tourabusa stays in the back, and keeps an eye on all the youngins who like to end up in, and/or play in, various ditches. straight or curvy roads..doesn't much matter to me..I just am truly thankful that I am able to ride that day

You are quite the funny man! Now show up, and Ride with us you Pansy! I have yet to see you, or Mrs. Casper on any of the CSBA rides. Come on out..don't be shy
-
Last CSBA ride of the year, is Oct 16th. (unless Nov. weather cooperates) It's a short 200 mile trip (from meet up spot) Details are here http://www.ohio-riders.com/showthread.php?t=66562 . It would be great to see some more of you Marysville riders show up. All types of bikes are welcome, and women (riders or passengers) are also welcome. (Last month, there were 2 women with us.) It's a ride at YOUR own pace type of ride. They wait at the turns and stop signs, so that no one gets lost. And as long as Mr. Harris doesn't challenge me, then I almost always just ride at the slowest riders pace, to help make sure everything goes ok. Come on you Central Ohio guys and gals..Lets Ride!!

Amazing..simply amazing! Then again..it's still a little ways out..so we shall see! Assuming that we are again, going Around Lancaster, instead of through it..Here is a Garmin GPX file of the route. Hope it works..haven't tried uploading a file here before. File was converted to GPX (garmin) format by an Awesome (and Free) program called TYRE. You can convert the above file to many different type of gps formats, including TomTom, Navigon, Google Earth, and a couple others that I don't remember offhand. Tyre will even upload the file straight to your GPS, at least it does to Mine lol. (Garmin 765T)

I'm over 11k so far. I'll end up around 15k by the end of the year, assuming health stays at a decent level.
-
Just like the title asks..I currently have no plans, want to ride (Hocking Hills Preferred), I just don't really feel like riding alone this weekend. So, anyone heading to Hocking this weekend have room for a Busa to follow along? I'm in Marysville, but can meet up wherever. I'm not looking for a Super fast ride...sporty ride is fine..but not blazing fast. (I could even manage a cruiser speed ride I suppose) I'll ride rain or shine, and can ride as long as you want, so post up..or send me a PM with the details.
-
Assuming my health allows me to ride..I'm there as usual. Can't end the year with last months 3 wrecks..lets do this one..Accident free!
-
Thanks for depressing me.. I only have a couple more months I'm able to ride this year.. Man this year is going fast
-
I can be there then.... Are we going for a ride after we eat? Or just eating
