  1. Most of it was finished last except for pulling weeds...that's tonight's project if I have energy left over after a 'vette detail tonight. Andy
  2. Negative...pictures taken at my place.
  3. Chris' Hybrid has been under my care since it was brand new and it never fails to amaze me how well this car cleans up every single time I have the opportunity to see it. The color is one of my favorites and the small flake really pops in the sun. He opts for the extra coat of Caranuba wax as a topper and the paint glows as a result every time. Chris may chime in with a couple of before shots..I was busy trying not to get wet as it was raining when I started this job. Enjoy. http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q192/ZainoDetail/hybrid16.jpg http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q192/ZainoDetail/hybrid3.jpg http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q192/ZainoDetail/hybrid6.jpg http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q192/ZainoDetail/hybrid11.jpg http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q192/ZainoDetail/hybrid12.jpg
  4. +1,000,000 He takes care of all of my cars...you will not be disappointed. Andy
  5. It was nice to bump into you as well...I knew after seeing your "sad dyno graph" (which had power figures that I could only dream about) that the only way I was going to remotely keep up was to carry alot more corner speed than you...luckily that's where my car shines.

  7. Aaron, It's all good. The truck is looking very nice. I wish my phone took pictures like that. Andy
  8. What I wouldn't do for a garage setup like that. The car is very nice too. Andy
  9. Jason was yet another great CR membet to get to meet and talk with...and personally I really like this car because most of the mods have to do with brakes and suspension. Before: Swirled and oxidized: http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q192/ZainoDetail/gt1.jpg http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q192/ZainoDetail/gt2.jpg Afters. Black and glossy again. Got dark before I was far enough along to get any great pictures. Maybe Jason got some additionals that he's willing to share. http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q192/ZainoDetail/gt3.jpg http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q192/ZainoDetail/gt4.jpg Andy
  10. Taken just prior to our wedding. http://www.cheeca.com http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q192/ZainoDetail/sma.jpg
  11. Brian, Thank you for the kind words. If that goose-bomb'd area needs a little attention with a buffer let me know and I'd be more than happy to touch it up. Andy
  12. Personally I'd stay away from the k-sports. I bought their units for the 996 as on paper it was exactly what I wanted but in the end there were too many problems that could not be resolved. They never even made it all the way onto the car (fitment issues) before I took everything apart and sent them back which was a whole other battle in itself. I'm also mystified in the comments I've read about them being great at the track. This was one of the selling points for me but I had one of my struts tested on a shock dyno and did not like what I saw out of this unit. Andy
  13. Just needed a little love. It's easy for me to forget a car's age when taking an initial assessment of condition. If none of them started to show their age I'd have no work to do. Andy
  14. More... http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q192/ZainoDetail/supra7.jpg http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q192/ZainoDetail/supra8.jpg http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q192/ZainoDetail/supra9.jpg http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q192/ZainoDetail/supra10.jpg http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q192/ZainoDetail/supra11.jpg
  15. Let me start by saying that it was a pleasure to work with Scott and this car. He dropped off the car with me and told me to keep it as long as I needed it to do my thing and call him when I was finished. After an already long day Saturday this was exactly what I needed to hear as it allowed me to work at a slower pace and stop along the way to actually sit down and enjoy dinner with my wife. Before: About what I'd expect from 10+ year old black paint. No pre-wash pictures as I cleaned and clay'd the car in the rain. http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q192/ZainoDetail/supra1.jpg http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q192/ZainoDetail/supra2.jpg http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q192/ZainoDetail/Supra3.jpg Afters: http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q192/ZainoDetail/supra4.jpg http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q192/ZainoDetail/supra5.jpg http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q192/ZainoDetail/supra6.jpg Andy
  16. Ben, Thank you for the kind words and for the opportunity to work on your car. Andy
  17. Shawn, Both Rotary and PC. I'm a big proponant of the least agressive methods possible first so I try to do the majority of my work via PC...however the rotary is always at my side in the event that there's a need for it. I feel for you guys with Corvette's though. The clear that GM uses on the corvettes is about as hard as concrete (literally the hardest I've ever worked on) and will even laugh at a rotary many times. Feel free to PM or call me (614-747-0002) if you have any specific questions that I can help with. Andy
  18. Looks outstanding. While my rotary still has it's place in my work regimine I don't konw what I'd do without the PC. I need to see this bike in person sometime as I've been drooling over it in your sig for a couple of weeks. Andy
  19. How many cars total are you expecting? 40 more slots makes it sound like there coule be an aweful lot of cars there and it could be pretty crowded. I think the last Funday I was there there might have been 40 cars total that day. Andy
  20. Yellow sentra right?....caught it out of the corner of my eye...good looking car man. It was both of us...sadly headed to puppy classes at the pet store and not QSL! Andy
