By your definition, name ONE "non-lethal" form of detainment? So since 80 percent of shots would be non-fatal, now a firearm is not a lethal weapon, and on the same level as a taser? LOL ok. I would love to see the trial that takes place when an officer shoots a non-threatening unarmed person who is resisting arrest, instead of tasing them.
