according to chief, theres no age limit on the class if the parent is with them...someone asked about their 17 year old taking it for a little knowledge and he said it was fine i think the certificate is good for 3 years also, so if you take it when youre 18 you can still apply for permit at 21 without having to retake class

i took the class and im 20 - they didnt say anything. some classes even have loaner guns. just cant apply for the actual permit until im 21...i have an apt. next tuesday to fill out the paper work shes not retarded and youre not misreading laws....if the kid is 19, im assuming his dad is over 21 - making it legal for the dad to buy a firearm....the kid cant transport that firearm anywhere, so im assuming the dad was in the class with him also, chl or ccw...not cwc

my mtac is very comfortable....ive heard that raven too, but i havent gotten mine yet to actually give a review....only ordered the raven so i have the option of a WML, comptac wouldnt accomodate that....but i wont be getting rid of it if i were you, i would get an mtac and give it a try and see how you like it http://www.comp-tac.com/product_info.php?products_id=95

jeans and t shirt seems like perfect outfit for carry? a good IWB holster will secure nicely in your jeans then the shirt will come down over the holster.....what holster do you currently use? is it a generic "one size fits most" type deal? if so, you may find it better to carry with something made specifically for your gun....i cant comment too much from experience, just what i was told and why i purchased my mtac and my raven for mine, they conceal nicely and in shorts and a cutoff shirt i can conceal without printing very much (the MTAC atleast....just placed order for the raven today)

hmm....odd idea, not sure why somebody would want a DAO trigger lol...if i wanted a DAO trigger ide get a revolver not a semi.....but it sounds like an easy fix if you find out a price let me know, i know somebody who is possibly interested

ive seen this at a lot of auctions too....especially on highly desirable items....sure you might get a smokin deal on a 1994 cavalier for $300 for your teenage kid, but i bet that bike goes for more than you could pick one up on craigslist for...the best auctions take place on a week day, and arent well known....a saturday 10am auction almost isnt even worth going to IMO, espeically if its been advertised on CL with a pic of a 2009 r1 lol
