  1. I pay $55/mo for that fixed price for life shit with centurylink... I think it's 140 download speed advertised. Last speed test pulled over 100 down though which is the fastest I've ever had
  2. Also if you check one out at the store the mag release and slide catch feel awful... Have to press release to insert mag, slide won't pull and drop have to hit the release... After cycling it a few times at home and shooting Stephs it all broke in and runs smooth... I didn't notice the difference was so extreme until I had a new one and a less new one side by side
  3. Liked it so much we grabbed a second! Lol Steph got the extended mag for hers to give her a better grip, I went the opposite way and put the flat baseplate on mine but grabbed a hogue grip... The extension should help her grasp it better when shooting and the hogue will be nice for me to give it less slippery of a feel in my big paws... Surprisingly, the extended mag is only 7rd versus factory 6rd, despite looking much bigger...her whole hand fits on the grip now, mine doesn't fit either way that's why I'm sticking with the flat one to just tuck my pinky under
  4. I used to ride in the snow in Ohio lol... Some mornings so cold the vfr temp gauge wouldn't even register... I understand the diff between chilly and cold... But my bike has no storage and temp between morning and night varies 30-40 degrees... If I leave for work at 5am and it's 60 degrees out then it's in the 90s coming home... I can dress for the ride but not for both... Either hot or cold one way... In the summer it's like 80 in the morn and perfect to ride... I'll sweat in the afternoon but I'm heading home then so idc ...but leaving my house at 5am bundled up and then riding home bundled up in 90 degrees is no fun, my car works just fine for commuting in all temps lol.... Anything less than 70 is chilly out here... Yall laugh when I say it, but it's a lot diff environment... The temp number isnt everything... 80-90 is perfect windows down and riding temp here, but in Ohio it's hot af at 90...same goes for the cold... 70 here is a lot cooler than 70 in Ohio
  5. This bubby makes an interesting point.... Do yall think the batteries could just be burning out early due to the heat out here? I've never owned another bike here to compare. I do most of my riding in triple digit temps, days where it's cooler are usually a little chilly in the morning when im leaving the house
  6. Sadly, I've been too involved with work and school lately to put any time or effort into the bike... It's just been sitting... I bought shit for an oil change and plan to clean it up and get it back on the road in the next couple weeks... I'm still planning on following the tests here and will post results whenever I get around to it lol... I really just want to sell the damn thing, but I'm too attached to it so it's probably not going anywhere
  7. !!!! This I went to Cheba Hut recently and ordered a sub that the menu listed like 4 things on it. When it showed up it had so many extra veggies and random shit that I thought it wasn't even the right menu item... You couldn't even barely notice the stuff they did actually list... Wasn't happy and it'll take awhile before I give that place another shot... Everyone I know loves it but I don't get it lol
  8. Give ya $3.50 for the lot. You pay the shipping.
  9. I once saw a dodge ram pulling multiple semi trucks (no trailers) that were all latched/stacked together somehow... Dude was pulling like 4 or 5 of them down Polaris parkway... The cops had him pulled over ?
  10. I'd laugh hysterically if I saw a Ridgeline pulling a fifth wheel trailer... Don't they have that weird little trunk under the bed too?
  11. Actually if you're that active it may not work for you. Supposed to take it's easy if you're not eating. I'm stuck behind a desk all day lol
  12. May be extreme for your taste, but I had the exact same problem getting past 238-240 and did a 3 day water fast and dropped to 228 and have kept it off plus some. It's not for everybody, but I had good success with it and I actually felt great during the days I wasn't eating. It's mainly used for cleansing, not necessarily weight loss, but that's a good side effect lol... Google 3 day water fasting and see if it's something that interests you.
  13. Also... After a few mags and some adjustments she was much better with it... We're gonna get some more trigger time soon but I think it's going to end up being a very accurate little gun for her, much more so than the full size 9mm she's been lugging around (or not)... I'll report back if we run into any more feeding problems once it's cleaned lubed and she's got some more time with it
  14. Little thing shoots very nice.. Little snappy, but not bad. We only put 100rd through it and I didn't clean or lube it before hand I just took it out of the box and we shot it. She had 2 FTF. But she also was shooting very awfully at first. It shot fire for me. Not enough rounds through it yet to know if it was her grip or the gun but I'm leaning towards the first. I like it enough I'll be buying a second one for myself for when I'm wearing basketball shorts.. It's so light
  15. Out here in AZ it's the opposite... Everything moves so much faster. Traffic all going 90 everywhere, constantly. If you want to change lanes you just cut people off. However, I have noticed that the people are generally more friendly than in Ohio... Maybe it's all the sunshine... I went on a trip to NC and the slow pace of things drove me kinda crazy after adapting to AZ lol. It's only the second place I've lived so I can't say it's the best ever, but it feels much more like home for me than Ohio. I miss you OR peeps but I would never move back. AZ is fucking great. Not many good roads in the valley for riding but outside the valley the whole state is a mountain range with great roads, and you can ride all year.
  16. This is interesting... $20/4? I'm tempted to buy two sets of them and stick them all over lol
  17. Also... If your wifi goes down, does the system no longer work? What happens if your wifi dies while it's armed?
  18. I've been considering Piper or Canary after my contract is up with Front Point... Can the noise sensors be disabled or omitted? I understand they're there in case someone breaks a window, but we like to party in this house and my stereo sets off those stupid glass break sensors, even when the system is disarmed... I had to raise hell with front point to get them to send me free motion detectors to replace the glass break ones.... I'd prefer to never fuck with them again, but I know these all in 1 units are different than my regular system.
  19. What is the purpose of lifting the tank?
