    becuase it can take up to a week for a bank to catch phony cashiers checks....by that time, the person has left with your shit, and you owe the bank however much the fake check was worth....cash a fake cashiers check for 10k, and then a week later it shows up fake, you now owe your bank 10k, and you no longer have your vehicle i thought this was common knowledge..... disregard that...i know a nigerian prince that would like to buy your motorcycle, he wants me to pick it up for him, and ill pay you with a cashiers check...we good, bro?
