If you don't tag it then you won't need to have it inspected... Inspection is nothing big, they check to make sure lights and such work, and ask for any receipts for repairs (being a theft recovery this wouldn't be necessary unless you actually do make repairs)... It's mainly just them trying to find stolen parts by checking vins and receipts, and making sure the vehicle is road worthy... When I was in getting my bike inspected, there was a subaru in there that was still wrecked, dude threw new lights on it and took it in and they passed him.. It's nothing in depth, just a revenue builder

You have legal title signed over, you don't have anything to worry about. People seem to be making a huge deal of this. Just go in and title it, they will tell you whether or not it needs inspected. If it does, you have to go there anyways to pay for inspection to get receipt to take to inspection location. It's really not a big deal, you don't need a fake passport and foreign bank account like people seem to be suggesting. Just make sure not to ride the thing until you know title status. Riding a bike without tags is one thing, but riding a salvage bike with no inspection is much worse.

When you get arrested and the bike impounded and booked on a class 5 felony, good luck arguing that a piece of paper makes you exempt from the law... He needs to call and ask, he doesn't need a fake name or anything stupid like that... He just needs to find out the title status of his vehicle... Youre making a big thing out of nothing... My gf buys fancy shampoo and conditioner ($34/bottle of each)... I've been using that stuff, it's pretty legit. Sulfate free and has some kind of oil in it to help with shine... It doesn't matter what the title says that you have... You need to call them to find out the actual status... I've never heard of a clean title theft recovery... If it is salvage, it will need to be inspected

It will say salvage or rebuilt depending if it's been inspected... It's on the front of the title, but I forget exactly where since it's been awhile... My vmax was rebuilt and it was typed right on the title... Theft recovery are usually, if not always, branded titles... Best bet may be to call bmv. Hate to see you get a felony (according to bmv this is a felony, but don't hold me to it) for riding it without having it inspected due to a misunderstanding with the title itself.

Yea it's much better.. More durable, more protection, no bubbles... I bought a cheap one on eBay for $9, same quality as the verizon ones... It's a real thin glass so it still flexes when you put it on

I use spigen tough armor also... Great case, cheap, and it's held up to more drops than I can count
