  1. You got authorization on visit 1, not visit 6. No need to be a cock about it. If the advice you're getting here isn't good enough, call a real attorney instead of posting on a motorcycle website.
  2. I don't believe you had authorization to charge their card... They can sue you for that and you were in the wrong.. Just because you have the card doesn't mean you can use it without consent. However, they are in the wrong as well by not paying you and now trying to blackmail you. This doesn't look like a good outcome for either party involved and you may consider legal counsel from a real attorney because this could get ugly.
  3. Don't be jealous that the pink tricycle is faster than your hardly
  4. Should have shot his little black ass and ate all his skittles.
  5. A 5'x18" pad isn't hard to remove... Hit it with a sledge a few times and toss it in wheelbarrow... I'd have the whole pad ripped up in 15 minutes including shoveling out the left over gravel... Pavers are an Ok option, but concrete is a much better option
  6. Pour it 4" thick, and put 2-4" of gravel under it to prevent it from cracking when the ground freezes
  7. Can't view pic from phone... Possibly interested in a set of these sometime soon *edit pic working now... I'll pm for price and availability
  8. Rolling Stones magazine can go get fucked.
  9. Congrats, awesome bike. You mentioned first bike, just take it easy for awhile and be careful... It's not too much bike in the right hands, but that bike cam be a bit much for a new rider...Just pay extra attention to what you're doing, and ride it easy for awhile to get used to it. Diggin the yellow lol don't see many yellow ninjas
  10. Anyone interested, after riding mine a few weeks and getting the seat broken in and my neck used to the wind, these bikes are a blast... Most fun I've ever had on 2 wheels.. Anyone who picks this up won't be disappointed
  11. Yea, autocorrect boned my title. Oh well lol. Ok that's what I planned to do, wasn't sure because I've seen people mention getting their books stamped by a dealership
  12. Yearning to ride a REAL motorcycle, I see. Glad you're finally realizing how ghey your hardly is ... It's probably worth 2-3 good motorcycles... Sell it, buy real bike, profit.... Win/win for you
  13. Doesn't matter how many posts he has... He had someone else list it for him here anyways, so either way, his bike is posted for sale on here (twice, now)
  14. Ok I've never owned a new bike and wondering how warranty works in regards to home maintenance. Do I just need to write in my book what mileage I do my services and keep receipts? I don't want to ever have a warranty issue and have it denied based on doing my own maintenance. Also, will using t6 rotella void warranty? That's the oil i decided to go with. As of now, I've only done my first oil change.. Wil be going over my full 600 mile service soon, and change oil again at 3k (2400 miles) and every 3k after that Just not sure what if anything needs documented to keep my warranty valid.
