That is what I fear the most. Look how well that did for both series... not. We'll see though.

A friend just showed me these stories and I'll be honest, I knew they were going to do something drastic but I didn't see this coming! FOTA announce breakaway series and here. http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/76292

I had a little bit of free time so I took some pictures.

Haha, thanks guys! I wish I had more time (and more of a demand) to shoot some better cars... I'll have to see if my Dad will let me borrow is Caddy for a proper photoshoot. Thanks for the nice comments though! -
Yea, so working 70+hrs a week at two different jobs while planning a wedding really kills your spare time. I hadn't even picked up my camera in almost 2 months until this past Thursday. Even then, it was only to take pictures of my Subaru I am trying to sell, but I figured I would make the most with what little time I had and I brought the entire bag of goodies with me. I even brought Sherman! So, here are some fun pictures of my beater! 1 http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Misc%20Stuff/stuff%204%20sale/Subaru/IMG_9696copy.jpg 2 http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Misc%20Stuff/stuff%204%20sale/Subaru/IMG_9683copy.jpg 3 http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Misc%20Stuff/stuff%204%20sale/Subaru/IMG_9656copy.jpg 4 http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Misc%20Stuff/stuff%204%20sale/Subaru/IMG_9648copy.jpg Sherman approves 5 http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Misc%20Stuff/Sherman/IMG_9726copy.jpg 6 http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Misc%20Stuff/Sherman/IMG_9737copy.jpg 7 http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Misc%20Stuff/Sherman/IMG_9745copy.jpg Here are two shots I took of my Dad's car when I went to pick him up at the airport. 8 http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Dad%20Caddy/IMG_9626copy.jpg 9 http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Dad%20Caddy/IMG_9629copy.jpg Thanks for looking, see you in a few weeks!

I'm really feeling #3, alot. Great work with some harsh conditions.

If you get very little sun you need to consider changing the turf type. Fine Fescue's (like Chewings and Creeping Red) are the best shade tolerant varieties you can use. Either that or you've got a nutrient deficiency. You can take a sample and send it in to your extensions office and they can analyze it and tell you what you need. What's your fertility program like? Fertilize once, twice, four times a year? Now, you need to look at for the chemical 2-4d. It's an Auxin that causes uncontrollable growth with most broadleaf plants (including Dandelion's). Basically the plant grows itself to death. A liquid application is best right now. Sorry to nerd out. Kick ass shop though, I wish I had something like that to work and store my car in and such.

Ho.Ly.Shit. That is one of my biggest fears at work (messing with forklifts and such). I agree about the Riverside staff though. When I was there a few years ago for my appendicitis they were awesome. Here's to hoping for a speedy recovery.

The image from the hubble is absolutely insane. Makes you feel pretty small doesn't it?

http://www.walknowforautism.org/atf/account353/images/walklogo.gif Okay guys and girls, I will be participating in a fund raising walk on May 16th benefiting kids who have been diagnosed with Autism and would like some help raising money. Alexi teaches a special needs preschool class and deals with kids with Autism every day and I can tell you that I have a great deal of respect for what she does. If you would like to read about the disorder Wikipedia has a lot of information here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autism To date there is no known cure for Autism and a growing number of people are affected by it each year. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/5/57/US-autism-6-17-1996-2007.png The graph above is taken from the Wikipedia link and it shows the number (per 1,000 U.S. resident children aged 6–17) of children aged 6–17 who were served under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) with a diagnosis of autism, from 1996 through 2007. Please help me raise money to find a cure by clicking on the link below and making a donation. http://www.walknowforautism.org/cincinnati/picsbyscott *If you don't feel comfortable making a donation through their website I would be happy to send you my paypal address and I can make a donation under your name. I will cover any paypal transaction costs. I haven't received word back from my work if I can have the day off or not, but if I can attend I will bring my camera and take pictures and post them up. If I can't I will make Alexi do it instead. Thank you for your time!

Man, I've never had anything other than the monotonous get it over with as quick as possible pre-flight safety presentation before. I guess I need to fly Southwest. http://www.collegehumor.com/video:1904098

Please do so, I've seen it before and can't remember how the hell they came up with it.
-
That's not sad at all! I did the same thing and just expanded to weddings so I could get my money back for all my gear.
-
Thanks guys! Just let me know when you get sick of 'em and I'll stop posting pics. I could probably flood the forum with the amount of random shit I take pictures of. I've gotten tons of comments on how #2 looks like a toy. I think that's a good thing... haha

Lately I've been snapping some pictures here and there. Also, G20.net does a member of the month and for an April fools joke they had me and my Mini as the MOTM. Here are some of the shots we used. 1 http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/06%20Mini%20Cooper%20S/IMG_9547copy.jpg 2 http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/06%20Mini%20Cooper%20S/IMG_9558copy23-16-25.jpg 3 http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/06%20Mini%20Cooper%20S/IMG_9587copy23-16-25.jpg 4 http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/06%20Mini%20Cooper%20S/IMG_9663copy23-16-25.jpg 5 http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/06%20Mini%20Cooper%20S/IMG_9684copy23-16-25.jpg

What are you in school for? What degree do you have and what do you do?
Sco0terzsl replied to 2pointslow's topic in Dumpster
I got my degree in Turfgrass Science with a minor in Agribusiness. I'm currently searching for a job at a golf course (I want to be an assistant super but I'll take damn near anything right now). In the meantime I work at Lowe's and get paid shit to do my boss's job. -
Go 270 to the Hamilton Rd. exit and head towards the airport. You'll see the hanger on the right hand side, the viewing area is right there. You mean... this arch? http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/93%20White%20G20/CRW_4366.jpg It's a good spot but you are limited to what you can do there because of traffic. Another spot I liked but might not be an option now is right around the corner from there. Actually, if you are headed down neil to get to that arch you'd take a right and there is an old factory that was being renovated for some luxury apartments... I really liked that spot too. I can't seem to find an example, but it has open beams running above the drive. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Alex%20P11/CRW_6597.jpg I've whored that place out so much over the years. It really is beautiful... also, if you cross the bridge there is another park on the left that has some good spots... especially in the fall. Here is a set I did on the other side of the river. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Jons%20CTR/CRW_1601.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Jons%20CTR/CRW_1581.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Jons%20CTR/CRW_1529.jpg

Then of course you can do the planes http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Chris%20SI/CRW_2599.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Chris%20SI/CRW_2611-1.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Photo%20Cruise%2008/IMG_9654copy.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Photo%20Cruise%2008/IMG_9726copy.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Photo%20Cruise%2008/IMG_9681copy.jpg Alum creek dam is pretty cool too. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Mikes%20Car/IMG_5986copy.jpg That's all I've got for right now. Hope this helps

Wallhalla Rd. just north of campus has a lot of vegetation and it's a light traffic road so you can typically block it. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/06%20Mini%20Cooper%20S/IMG_8552copy.jpg Park at Riverside/Fishinger http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/93%20White%20G20/CRW_1669.jpg There is a cool rusty barn near Don Scott Airport http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Zach%20NSX/CRW_6011.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Photo%20Cruise%2008/IMG_9388copy.jpg Same spot, but another angle. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Photo%20Cruise%2008/IMG_9450copy.jpg Then of course you have Cosi but explore other angles other than the city... that's a good spot. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Sam%20Hatch/IMG_5390copy.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/93%20White%20G20/CRW_1918.jpg Then of course the city view http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Sam%20Hatch/IMG_5366copy.jpg I also enjoyed out by Port Columbus, towards the viewing area there is a pretty cool hanger. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/Chris%20SI/CRW_2558.jpg

OSU campus has a bunch of nice spots. I'll work my way out from there in my next post.

This reminded me of Conkers Bad Fur Day for N64. Such an awesome game.

Here ya go. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v443/Sco0terzsl/06%20Mini%20Cooper%20S/Taillights.jpg I also went out yesterday and took some pictures sans flash or anything, just to kill some time while I waited for my fiance to get home from work. I figured I'd add those to the first post instead of starting another thread.
-
You mean taillights going the other way? If so, I have a shot with the taillights that I didn't add in there.
-
Haha yea, I'd guess you are right! Good question.
