  1. Do you mean chick on the new series, or the dude from the A Team?
  2. I'm having a really difficult time believing this.
  3. Only 3 things matter for a CCW pistol: 1 Can it be reasonably concealed 2 Can you hit a target at self defense distances (if not, you're the problem, not the weapon) 3 Does it go bang every time If you have reason to draw a weapon in self defense, you aren't going to give a damn about ergonomics, if the trigger is butter smooth, or if it can hit a shotgun shell at 50 feet. You're also going to be dealing with adrenaline. This isn't a marksmanship situation. You aren't slowly squeezing off a round while maintaining breath control. You are quickly pulling the trigger. If you are in a struggle you aren't going to be using the sites & you might need to fire left handed. Practice that next time you are at the range.
  4. If anyone is looking for a small ccw 9, I have a 2nd gen Sig P290rs with night sights. Its the nicer package that comes with a 2nd mag and holster. I'd sell for $375.
  5. I have other pistols that are more fun to shoot. It will still hit a can at 25 feet no problem.
  6. Honestly, that shouldn't matter at all. They aren't made to be range guns. They're meant to be in your pocket when you need them, and plenty accurate to hit a target at self defense distances.

  8. I have an early first gen BG380. It's my favorite carry pistol. I've owned just about every 380 and that is the one I trust. I think the revolver like trigger is exactly what a pocket pistol pistol should have.
  9. I got it off CL. It was in Berea.
  10. Ok. These seem to have a little cult following. Like Danimal said, there's a pretty good after market.
  11. I just took it on a shakedown ride through a few local twisties. It corners better than I expected. Steering is pretty quick. I'd guess it has enough capability to hang with a med/fast group. I'll have to bring it on a group ride. According to a video I saw the speedo will touch 110, but it takes a while to get there.
  12. It'll probably stay on the road 97% of the time. It came with a new set of Continental TKC70 tires which seem like a pretty good choice for this bike,
  13. I needed to make sure I still have at least 2,500 miles left on the VFR's tires for the Gap trip. So I made a responsible decision and bought another motorcycle I been wanting another bike for around town. I needed good cornering clearance, comfortable ergos, and something really different from my VFR12. I considered so may bikes and wound up picking up a barely used 2014 CB500X with some nice addons. It seems pretty fun so far. It's effortless to ride. I think I could actually tour on it.
  14. I dealt with Hepco Becker once, they solved my issue right away
  15. I met a guy who has Givi Trekker (top of the line) luggage & racks. The bike has stock exhaust and he's using bike specific racks from Givi. The bottom of one of the cases melted from exhaust gas hitting the corner. It was only mounted on the bike for a short time. Givi is giving him a hard time about replacement. Anyone dealt with them before?
  16. British BT2 shows MotoGp. There's a separate app called Mobdro (outside of Kodi) that streams many channels including BeIN. The install on firestick is really simple.
  17. Come on a ride. We'll get the suspension sorted at a gas stop.
  18. Look at Switzerland. The common thread is that the LEGAL availability of firearms is a poor, unreliable indicator of crime despite what some would prefer to believe.
  19. Mexico has 1 legal gun store.
  20. Maybe crime would go down if they had much more restrictive gun laws...like in Chicago. That seems to be working really well.
  21. Is a Triumph tech the same thing as an electrician?
