Look at Switzerland. The common thread is that the LEGAL availability of firearms is a poor, unreliable indicator of crime despite what some would prefer to believe.

Maybe crime would go down if they had much more restrictive gun laws...like in Chicago. That seems to be working really well.

I periodically look for at available opportunities, even when I'm not "really" looking. In this day an age very few companies are loyal to their EEs. If you happen to work for one you are lucky (mine certainly isn't). You can be out on your ass before you know it. Always have a plan and keep your options open.

I've jumped off of a couple sinking ships before anyone seemed to realize they were going down. Just try land on something stable if you leave. A 3 year old company comes with a level of risk.

Pain meds aren't always necessary. I never even got my prescriptions filled after my injury or surgery.

No thanks. I think something like a T Max is capable of hanging with "most" sportbike riders in the corners.

Can you order a tire here and have someone trailer it down or just strap it to your bike?

I was looking at a used one. No way I'd cough up 11k for new. It's basically a sport tourer with a CVT.

It was a BMW c650gt. They're supposed to have near sportbike handling.

I went to look at a scooter. It kinda looked fun but I probably won't buy it.

I either need to save my tires for this trip, or burn through them and get new ones before hand. Or just by another motorcycle and ride that for awhile like I do from time to time.
