  1. My mistake...found the reciept, it was $31.97 for the 1000rd WWB .45 ammo.
  2. I just bought 3-100rd boxes of WWB .45 ammo at wally-world for $37.96 a box a couple days ago...friend of mine bought the 4th one, all they had in 100rd .45
  3. I've dealt with them a few times in the past. They were very friendly and helpful in finding a couple parts for '80 bikes I've worked on. Kinda hard to compare prices on used bike parts, but they seemed resonable. I did get a new voltage regulator for an '85 Goldwing from them cheaper than I could find anywhere. Overall pleased with their service and will shop there again. Not allot of choices when it comes to older bike parts. Bike Bandit (on-line) is also excellent for finding new old parts. Got allot of parts from them for the '84 Interceptor I had.
  4. Yea, undertail exhaust rules on a hot day
  5. Congrats on the new bike, nice that you got something you like so much...I'm still working on that...the bike thing anyway. Good luck with the tests and be careful out there.

  7. Great pics dude. You're right about the seat, like sitting on a 2x4 after about an hour. Can't wait till I get mine replaced.
  8. Best Buy just sucks...always has
  9. Got a friend that picked up a Mosquito for his wife, really likes it. I'm kinda partial to the Ruger .22 handguns. I've got a MKIII with a 5 1/2 bull barrel and love it. Really surprised me how accurate it is, even out past 50yrds, and can bump fire 10 rounds in about a second! Too much fun!!
  10. Depends on what you want to do with it I guess. For a carry gun I wouldn't get less than the 9mm, for general shooting/plinking you can't beat the .22. Nothing you can do with a 9mm I can't do with a .22, and a whole lot cheaper. A friend and I went thru close to a thousand rounds yesterday with our rimfires and cost about 40 bucks. 1000 rounds of 9mm=$$$
  11. Very nice! Always wanted one of the Repsol CBR's myself...don't know why...just love the colors I guess.
  12. I'd look for a Taurus 24/7 series. I've got a 24/7 ProLS in .45 as well as their PT1911. Haven't had any problems with either of them and they seem to be a little less expensive than the rest. I'm currently shopping for a PT145 for carry. I've had quite a few Taurus handguns over the years and they were all great guns, and you can't beat their price.
  13. I'd say the '84 had more power, but the '08 is much more refined. Also more comfortable and handles better. For fun factor, I would take the '84, it was a beast and sounded awesome with the Cobra F1R pipes, but overall I love the '08.

    New Guy

I have a couple friends I ride with, nobody on the forums, mostly down south, 555 etc. Hickman Road for a quickie if we just want to get out for a minute. There are a few Newark riders on here I think, but I haven't met any of them yet.
  15. I could come up with a dozen different stories about idiot cagers when I'm on the bike, see at least a few every time I ride. But what pisses me off just as much is seeing some idiot squid doing shit to piss off the cagers. Like yesterday, went to my grandmother's house in Grove City to get some of my Granfather's things she was getting rid of, was sitting in a long line of traffic at a light waiting to get on 270. Four lanes of traffic, two turn lanes full and two straight thru lanes, one of which only had a couple cars, the other backed up accross the overpass, it was around 5:15pm. Sitting there enjoying the nice weather with the windows down when some idiot on a yellow CRB600 (I think) wearing shorts, tennis shoes, and a tank top (no gear at all)came screaming down the empty lane at damn near redline, in first gear I'm assuming, to stop at the redlight. Now, not that I don't like the sound of a screaming I4 with a race pipe on it, but damn, not in traffic like that screaming up to a red light! And people wonder why cagers go out of their way to piss us off. Just my 2 cents.
